'The Banner'
« on: April 11, 2012, 01:26:34 PM »
Just wondering if there was an appetite to club together and organise a flying banner over the molineux last day of the season.

Imagine the look on their face when they glance up at the sky and see those special words aimed just at them floating behind a plane

http://www.intotheblue.co.uk/personalised-gifts/messages/plane-banners/herts-beds-cambs/

The one linked above is not the right location but would cost in the region of £500

Or we can just have fun thinking of wording.

My suggestion would be,

Season Ticket Refund Available.

or

Welcome back to the championship Wo1ve5

I'll put myself down to donate £25.

BRILLIANT idea  ;D

Think someone should start a paypal donation thing were people can chip in, I know I would donate gladly :)

I remember Millwall did one to West Ham http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpkk3GrJynk and it was hilarious.

'Premiership, having a laugh' or '5-1, boing boing' would be great.

One problem at the moment - Wolves are away at Wigan last game of the season, so would have to be earlier

WBA - HAVING THE LAST LAUGH SINCE 1878

I think that's a very good suggestion.

If not that, then "**** off to Stafford, the Black Country's ours"

I wouldnt bother. I dont think we will top the 5-1 win that proved the catalyst for their relegation.

Maybe have a playful theme but Im not that bothered about having a flyover.

Always one of those things that will come back to haunt you I think. Although I do think it would be funny.

I'd quite happily contribute if this got some backing.

Haha great idea, I would definitely contribute.

Might be worth seeing if the company can do it as the police might be a bit techie about it if they have their helicopter in that aerospace.

"Moxey, Morgan & Connor; Albion legends since February 2012"

"Perfect job for the novice" - in response to Moxey's press conference when they sacked MM.
