Apologies if this ahas already been covered,
I have just read that the naming rights for the training ground have been sold to Palm for an undisclosed sum.

Smart business, gets cash in without contravening FFP rules - Quite impressed with this.

As long as it just stays at the training ground and not The Hawthorns that is alright.

Let yourself down there, a lot of your trolling is actually quite amusing but that is just awful.

I thought that, far too obvious,
You have to know your audience and the majority on here are far too erudite to fall for that (I did say the majority)

Not a great example with it originally being the Britannia Stadium through sponsorship with Britannia. Nothing much has really changed there, just a different company.

Found this on clubcall, it does directly quote Martin Goodman though.
I'm guessing the more pessimistic supporters will focus on the "not on the agenda at the moment" bit. Rather than the bit about "fans consultation" and it not being on the agenda.

Rename it to what you want, will always be the hawthornes to me and 95% of the fanbase.

if it got us a substantial cash injection id have no problem with the stadium being renamed.
