It's getting to that time of year again when our lives are again taken over by fantasy football. With only a 2-3 weeks until the premier league starts again. Ive set up a westbrom.com fantasy league.

Using

http://fantasy.premierleague.com/

and the league code is

473305-121683

Hope to see a few of you guys there as there was quite a good turn out last season :)

West Bromwich Albion FC / On a lighter note

I thought this was to good not to put on here. The Players "singing" the 12 days of Christmas. You can defiantly tell who doesn't want to do it :) (shane Long and Almalfitano)

Yacob, myhill and ridgewell are brilliant!

General Football & Sports / Being: Liverpool
« on: September 28, 2012, 09:16:04 PM »
Have to say I'm really enjoying the series so far. Brendan Rogers is coming across really really well in my opinion. A humble family man who enjoys football the way it is meant to be played. His focus on youth development is superb.

I believe if liverpool do stick with him, then in 5 years time they could again be a force to be reckoned with. The performance from those kids at the hawthorns on Wednesday night was absolutely superb for a bunch of what mostly was teenagers. The first thing I did when I left the ground was text my friend who is a very down to earth liverpool fan and told him that one day they would win things with those kids.

But will liverpool give Brendan the time? ???  .....................only time will tell

West Bromwich Albion FC / Selling season ticket match tickets
« on: September 27, 2012, 09:24:24 PM »
Does anybody know what the process is when selling a match day ticket from a season ticket? Do you have to use this viagogo site or can you sell the ticket back to the club like I have done before? Just I've got a new job and wont be able to attend many more games this season, due to working 3 out of 4 Saturdays a month  :(

any advice would be much appreciated

Scratch that whole first part. My ticket is now up on the viagogo website for the QPR game. Smethick end if anyone is interested before it sells out. And only £10 Bargain! haha! I also now realise that this topic should be moved so sorry mods  :(

General Football & Sports / RDM

Just want to say how proud I am of RDM. What a great job he is doing at chelski at the moment. Dont know how long it will last. But there wont be many managers out there who could keep a clean sheet against Barca. Saying that they will prob go and lose 6-0 at the camp Nou  ;D but so far RDM has a record of

                                                 P      W    D      L
   4 March 2012   Present   13   10   2   1   %76.92

well done RDM!

West Bromwich Albion FC / Bodog USA to be shut down

owner has been arrested and website has been taken down ( www.bodog.com ). what does this mean for our sponsorship?

I personally think that the club will withdraw form the current deal and we will have no sponsorship. As the club linked with a company that is having a federal case being put against them is not a good thing.

West Bromwich Albion FC / Paul Scharner injury
« on: November 24, 2011, 10:22:58 PM »
quote from paul scharner's official facebook:

Paul Scharner
As I have seen on the WBA website written I had just a Grad 1 ligament demage, is wrong. I don't know why the medical department is not telling the truth. Because if I would have a grad 1 I would have played the international game with Austria and the last game against Bolton. Sorry but it has to be said. But anyway I trained with the team today and hopefully I'm in the squad. Paul

well i think we all know that we cant believe everything that the club releases to the press but is Mr Scharner being too honest and risking a backlash from the club??
