In 180mins of football against Wolves last season, Hughtons Brighton managed 1 shot on target in total (admittedly it did result in a 1-0 victory) Is this the type of football we really want to watch ?

« on: August 07, 2018, 10:25:49 PM »Think we need to wait for Graeme Jones influence, he seemed to take over towards the end of the game.Hopefully this is the case , its a shame he didn't join up with us earlier, also hope the last 15 mins doesn't paper over the cracks of what went on for the previous 75 mins of the game.
Can't see what position brunt is going to fit in to , seeing as DM has made him captain he'll find it hard to drop him now.

I work shifts and the prospect of arranging shift swaps means its a NO from me.
Also it sticks in my craw the thought of contributing wages ( however little that may be ) to the overpaid , underperforming , mercenaries in todays game.
The game is lost to me now , I stopped subscribing to sky a while back purely because I'm sick of ex players milking a living , over hyping games and waffling on ,and on , and on , just talking rubbish.
plus watching the antics of some of these snowflake players , goin down "squailling like babbies " trying to con referees just angers me beyond belief..
I shall probably still go and have a pre match beer with the lads but then go off and do something else.
