I doubt we'll need too much encouragement to make noise for the play off game but whatever happens at the seal pen on Saturday I hope we can drown out the noise from the vile scum on Tuesday and make it a great atmosphere.

All those Villa songs that are trotted out all season long are actually relevant for this game so sing your heart out

(apart from all go down, which is still not relevant without some word tweaks (see chants thread), as we want to go up, not down, and Villa ain't there to kick, the dingles are though)

Particularly tonight's the night we get the real Brummie Road End back in all its glory (i.e. Swansea 93 or for golden oldies West Ham 66 among many others). Need to make the place a real bear pit.

I'm really proud of the fans tonight and the players also, it was the best atmosphere in years. We did ourselves proud and had fun, whereas the Villa said nothing until they won on penalties.

Brilliant support from us tonight, the best in long time. Cannot believe such a sc umbag like steer managed to save two without rolling around pretending to be injured again.

We go again next season.

Just hope Leeds do the business as the 3rd placed team who really deserve to go up.

Villa fans quiet throughout the match until the last penalty,even then pathetic.
Anyone notice how ashamed of their colours most of them were?
I counted around 10 wearing villa shirts only.
