I think i'm one of the more positive people on here on average, but man we're in trouble player wise.

Anything happens to any of about 8 first teamers and we're even more screwed.

The only possible hope here is that a couple of the kids take the opportunity and put in a couple of really good performances and make Pulis take notice, possibly filling one of the squad roles. If Kane Wilson for example can sufficiently impress maybe we don't need to buy the Wilson from Bournemouth?

Other than that i can see us getting wooped a couple of times. Mr Lai isn't going to get his bragging rights with Pulis playing a 6 man defense
Whenever things look bad, remember the Port Vale, Grimsby and Walsall days... not so bad now, eh?!

It is hammering down in Hong Kong. Has to be genuine concerns about the pitch at HK stadium #LCFC

Pulls on his time as a player in Hong Kong in the 80's:

https://www.premierleague.com/news/429126

On the eve of the Premier League Asia Trophy, West Brom head coach recalls fond memories of living in the city during the 1980s

Pulis reflects on 'wonderful' Hong Kong experience

Of the four Premier League managers whose teams are competing in the Premier League Asia Trophy, Hong Kong will evoke the strongest emotions for Tony Pulis.

That is because the West Bromwich Albion head coach spent a year there as a player in the early 1980s.

"It was a massive shock the first couple of months," says Pulis of his spell at Happy Valley. "The weather, the humidity, when I first went over there was really horrendous. But I grew into it and really enjoyed it."

And Pulis says his squad will definitely enjoy the local cuisine on their visit this week.

"The food is exceptional," he says. "Whether you want to have breakfast or whether you want to go for a midnight snack somewhere, there's always somewhere open and there's always somewhere of real quality.

"They certainly know how to cook and how to eat over there."

The Baggies kick off the tournament against Leicester City at the Hong Kong National Stadium on Wednesday (11am BST), before meeting either Liverpool or Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Looks like Nyom at Left back then...we need a left back! Hegazi starts. Chadli on the bench is interesting.

He is very repetitive but he's also right. Mr lai should back him or get shut of him.

You can't really argue though there bench is a million times stronger than ours and he's even answered questions about our formation with how much we need new signings
