Here we go then, teams remaining for the 5th round draw on Mon 27th Jan. We're ball number 10.

The next round will be a mid week fixture on or around March 4th with a "win on the night" extra time and pens format; instead of a replay; in the event of a draw.

3 Southampton or Tottenham Hotspur (Replay)
4 Sheffield Wednesday
5 AFC Bournemouth or Arsenal (Play 27/01)
6 Northampton Town or Derby County (Replay)
7 Leicester City
8 Sheffield United
9 Reading or Cardiff City (Replay)
10 West Bromwich Albion
11 Norwich City
12 Coventry City or Birmingham City (Replay)
13 Manchester City
14 Newcastle United or Oxford United (Replay)
15 Portsmouth
16 Shrewsbury Town or Liverpool (Replay)

Away at St Andrews (preferably vs Coventry) or a home game vs Liverpool/Man Utd would be nice.

Then again, we would have to play Swansea only a few days later and they will have rested for the whole week, so I won't be that dissapointed if we ended up with another championship side like Sheff Wed/Cardiff/Reading/Derby as that would allow us to use our squad and not exhaust key players.

Someone rubbish at home would be nice after we have already navigated a couple of tricky ties.

Hope the big boys get drawn against each other.

I'd be happy with a home tie against anybody outside the Prem

Pompey for me, home or away!

Is it from round 5 that ties are decided on the day?

The Prem top 6 plus Arsenal in the hat so you just know what’s going to happen. Arsenal of Man City away I suspect

Indeed, I don't mind the no replay but would have liked the fixture to stay on a weekend.

Man Utd on one of their off days, away preferably as we've beaten them 3 times out the last 5 at OT.
