I believe he also said that the early bird offers would see an appropriate refund on the ticket price if they got relegated.  :P

Come on this can happen

Do you think someone could go on and start a thread:

"Should we rename Molineux Mix the Molineux Mess...............................?.............. ;)

Surely this is adequate reason to bring back the fly-over we flirted with last season? A nice, simple "BOING, BOING!!" going over the ground would tip them over the edge.

"If the fans want me out! I will go"
"6.5 million loss"
"finances look bleak"
"Players on to higher wages"
"Decided to get Saunders after speaking to mate on golf course"
" Wolves was second result I would look for after liverpool when I was a lad! Steve Morgan

And thus the illusion of a well run "Big Club" is dispelled

They`d of been better off appointing Gary Megson who knows what the Championship is about.
All this sounds so amateurish and I`d be embarrassed to be a Wolves fan.

Something real to add to their list of silly and imaginary records.

Only 13 teams have ever been relegated in successive seasons in the 125-year history of the Football League. No team has managed the feat twice. But that is one unwanted record which could be coming Wolves' way if they maintain their current descent towards League One.

They had 3 consecutive relegations in the 80s. Straight from the 1st division (Prem today) to Division 4.

I guess they're counting that as a single instance of being "relegated in successive seasons".

Funny when they brag about their "proud history" they gloss over the 80s completely!

Looking forward to this one.
I love to see blood-and-thunder games where a poor quality, desperate, lowly placed side is fighting for its league survival against quality, top of the table opposition. :D
