Have tried to register several times but you need a confirmation e mail to respond to and it never arrives. So gave up.

Mine arrived hours late but didn't work when they did arrive so i too gave up.

Have you checked your junk box at all? Mine came through straight away but went straight into the junk folder

My previous details don’t work. I’ve created a new account and now when trying to buy the top it apparently does not recognise me.

They can shove their £55 up their rear end.

The old way of signing in, buying a top, adding your discount was far more simpler.

That is the case, I’ve just read that.

Although I now have three different accounts with them

Yeah, but if you're already signed up to the tickets and shop, you have to sign up again to be able to link them.

As Liam said, faffing around.

So with the old system we couldn't link our accounts and had to sign in separately each time if using separate platforms, and with the new system we register three times and don't need to log in separately if we use more than one club platform simultaneously? I may be missing something really obvious here but it reads like infinitely less of a hassle in the long term to me.

The account merging has not happened yet, but it will in near future is what they said right?

Once the merge is complete it will be 1 login for everything

On the projects I've worked on, I've never put them into live when the system has not been operational...

If you're intending on a one log in - build it into the system and then post it into live.

Rather than having folk creating two separate accounts
