I think this is a more "must NOT lose" rather than "must win", especially if United beat them tomorrow, which hopefully they will.

Tactically, Hodgson should be on another level to Kean, but football is a funny game. I hope Thomas is back, I think we miss his pace.

Keith Andrews last minute equaliser under Mowbray (2-2), what a goal it was! But it was gutting at the time, hopefully he can do the same for us at the weekend :)

It was an eventful game, Donk gave away a very soft penalty, McCarthy scored then got sent off for handball/two yellows. Then we went 2-1 up, Miller scored a class goal but somehow missed a sitter!

Remember going to the old Ewood park in a tumble down away end in the late 80's or early 90's and winning 3 - 0 towards the end of the season. It was totally un-expected as we were rubbish at the time but we totally played them off the park. I think Garner played for them before he later signed for us !

Anything less than three points would be a disaster. We are gathering pace down the slippery slope, so we must put the brakes on immediately. The Blackburn game gives us a gilt edge opportunity to do so - and banish for ever any thoughts of being sucked into the relegation dogfight.
Can you tell me the last time we took such an opportunity ?

It was a great day, one of the best.

I went on Sauces coach and we were in a pub just outside Wigan by 9.45am, it was the day i discovered the "double double vodka" and red bull. Messy is not the word, ended up in the old post office in west brom until about 3am.

Jordao got a rare prem game and was MOTM, could never work out why GM refused to use him that season.

Foster

Tamas (Got to play,Jones has been poor and lucked shaky every time he has played, still learning the ropes)

Dawson (Think Mcauley needs a rest,be a good chance for Dawson to shine)

Olson

Ridgewell

Thomas

Mulumbu (Got to come back into the team, cant believe he was dropped)

Scharner

Dorrans (Needs to play, adds creativity to the midfield)

Brunt

Odemwingie

My first ever Albion game was against Blackburn, I think we won 1-0 with Hughes scoring the winner.
