Not sure how many times I have said it but this is last chance saloon.. 10 games left and still 8 points to get us level. (9 if you think about our GD) Newcastle and brighton have to play eachother at some point also.

Even if we win this and results go our way 6 to catch up over 9 games. We would need a lot of other sides to do us favours and find form we just havent for 12 months.

I try to be positive too mate and I'd love to see us do the miracle but we really needed to win last week for that to happen.  I think we're gone now.

It's such a shame with the squad Big Sam has now been able to put together - I wonder how the season would have gone if these players had been with us from the start.

We are toast! As said above. We really needed to win. We now need to win multiple games we aren't expected to (Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool) and if we go by history and evidence we just aren't going to do it. Playing for pride really. It now also looks like we need to over take 2 teams rather than 1 as Fulham are flying. Absolutely stacked against us.

I'm glad you said it.  I agree.  People on this site are asking why we don't score goals  - an out and out CF has to take his share of the responsibility; the chances have been there in the last two matches.  He might get better but at the moment he's a nearly man: doesn't quite time his leaps right and take the correct positions.

One day things have to go right. Maybe, just maybe, this will be the day. The one match  when we get given a fair go by the officials. Too late obviously to make any difference now but it will help smother the conspiracy theory. It will serve to show that officials are not bent.  It will serve to prove that we have not really been the victim of a series of calculated 'misjudgements', and 'harsh' decisions, designed to ensure a truncated stay in the premier league. It will also therefore disprove completely my theory that the referees show the 'city' teams preference where possible because City teams are more marketable to the premier league brand. Palace I know are not a 'city' team, but they are by close association one of the other privileged groups from Lahndon. Never mind, still COYB ATID Whichever division we play in.

Went = left the Albion, not this mortal coil   

Bobby Hope was an amazing player, pivotal to the late 60's early 70's side success, Robbo best MF since then, followed by Cantello / Giles / Sneekes for me.

Three points. Eleven players on the pitch at full time. Clean sheet with at least three goals for us as we finally thump someone. That's not a prediction. It's a please following our abject surrender when we went down to ten men against these last time out.

It would be great to have an indisputable victory free of controversy and what ifs regards our opponents missing sitters and officials both at the ground and in the video room having brain farts.

We've been very charitable giving those around us such a head start points wise but I'd like to see the fight back finally begin so we could at least see out the season with something to cheer going into the next one.
