Yeah I saw his comments, they made me laugh but I guess most people won't accept them from a professional manager.

And therein may lie part of the problem at FGreenRs....... too many 'babies' in the dressing room and not enough grown pronouns. They could clearly do with getting some red meat down their necks. Oh.........  ;D .
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.
Oh, and always remember to defecate on those Vile chaps in claret and spew.

Nathan Jones who's been gone too long (apparently) is back in the game with League One Charlton Athletic.

I didn't even know Appy and Big Dave had got the boot.

The love of the game is definitely diminishing.

Was going to go watch AFC Wimbledon today after our game. It's only a mile away i thought to myself. £27 is the cheapest adult ticket i can see for a L2 game, ridiculous!

Reading are almost proper screwed.

"John Percy
@JPercyTelegraph

Now up to 18 points deducted for Dai Yongge at #ReadingFC. Two points to be deducted - plus a further two suspended - for persistent non-payment of monies to HMRC. Yongge also fined £100k. New deduction puts them on 36 points, three above the relegation zone. More @TeleFootball"

Reading are having a near miraculous season to be avoiding the relegation zone with all their issues - 18 points deduction and still 3 points above! This after handicapping themselves by signing David Button as their keeper too.

Chinese owners again. Bizarre, because Wycombe are a smaller club than Reading, and not that long ago were amateur.
Speaking from a Wycombe perspective, it can't be very handy having your training ground 24 miles away from the club's main base. They also invested alot in their current training ground a few years ago. I hope there are no plans to merge the clubs, as both have traditions going back more than 100 years. Don't want another MK Dons scenario.

Hopefully that brief spurt of Chinese ownership never happens again. It's been a disaster for some

One could say they have spunked their money in that brief spurt.

After that spurt everyone else has been left to clean things up as well

I read about this earlier today.

Unbelievable, how a former non league team can now buy the assets of a former Premier league team.

Even sadder though is the fact we rent our training ground because of that you know what peace, when we had the unprecedented wealth of the Premier league money and some were fooled by the stories of the latest hydro pool we bought on the tick.

I understand Reading Football Club are in advanced talks with a North American group to purchase the football club and Select Car Leasing Stadium. A deal could be agreed, in principle, and exclusivity signed, by early next week. #readingfc

Apparently Wycombe have backed out of buying Reading's training ground, at least for the time being. There is a planning condition attached to the site only allowing Reading FC to use it. Wycombe could apply to have it removed, and I can't actually see what planning reason would stop them, but anyway they haven't, probably all for the best, also for Wycombe.

Given how long it took for our change in ownership to go through I wonder how long this one's been bubbling on for.
