That was a penalty on swift. Ref won’t give us another now.
Rotherham are certainly not the worst side I’ve seen this season need to be professional and put the game to bed
I’d like to see maja off BTA at some point just in case we ever need to chase a goal, especially with these playing a back 5

Looked miles outside the box in fairness ref had a shocker there

Reach playing well. He’s had a few decent cameos from the bench recently also
Be interesting reading on here if he gets offered a contract

We lack legs in central midfield but 3 tidy footballers
BTA. Playing well
Need more from fellows

Rotherham playing for pride and a fair few of them out of contract so they won’t roll over
I don’t envisage them chasing the game if we go ahead patience is the key and no risk taking
We still look shaky at the back

Ffs we have been shocking again today. That’s 3 games now we haven’t been on it for long periods
Aside from the goal Wallace has done nowt again
Yokuslu and mowatt off the pace again
Another really disappointing performance regardless of todays final result

Townsend just gives it away in their box. They come down the other end and it's game back on
Townsend who I don’t rate has been particularly poor today
I imagine that’s the thinking behind reach coming on to help him out defensively

Norwich won, hull and Cov winning big game today
Townsend having a mare, Bartley watching the game go by
We look dangerous going forward but equally poor defensively
We just need to be assertive defensively even if that means old fashioned defending and clearing our lines

Bloody awful defending so far. Adjust the line and play deeper then be attacking the ball rather than chasing a ball that’s holding up for the attackers

Just a thought, i couldnt make the game today, if Cedric had played would they have scored?
The first goal was a good strike from the edge of the area following a corner which we were slow to close down
The second furlong fails to cut out a cross field pass and Bartley/townsend don’t track the striker at the back post
Hard to say he would have made a difference tbf

For the people slating BTA look at Fellows and Johnstone today who were also not great.
Watford have decent players who have nothing to play for and it showed.
Defensively we were not great collectively but I can’t say any of them played poorly just not a cohesive unit
Credit to mvilla, reach and diangana who were all very good when they came on
It’s the time of the season where nerves and strange results kick in so when looking at the other results it’s a big point gained we would all have taken with 20 minutes to go

Still boils down to the terms he would expect, we need to cut our cloth accordingly if we don’t go up and he is on a big wage currently. Kipre is the one I am more concerned about us keeping given his age and the season he’s had, yesterdays mistake aside.
Kipre is instrumental in the way we play with his composure on the ball and passing ability
We all saw what happened when jones tried to get Ajayi and Bartley popping it around like Beckanbaur

I still maintain away from home we need to ditch the 4 small pacy players from the start
I would have started BTA and played swift
We need someone to play the ball up to to occupy the centre halves and an extra body in midfield
When supposedly inferior teams start to tire is the time to get your tricky pacy players on
At home is a different ball game
Away from home I’d probably try yokuslu swift mowatt in the middle
BTA Johnstone and fellows front 3

Recent away performances we have been terribly slow out the blocks. Slow in possession happy to just sit and not create
Again we come out second half looking more dynamic and progressive
Now you have to give Huddersfield and Millwall credit for first half displays but I’m wondering if it’s also CC instructing us to be overly cautious

There 2 strikers are causing us no end of problems we are playing without one again
You have to compete at Millwall and they are out running us and out battling us
We have to match that before we get the right to play

Losing 2-0 at half time to an experienced united team according to their commentators
Could have been 4-1 united constantly playing over our left centre half where we seem to be playing a high line and not pressing enough
Positive signs from Hall, whitwell and mfuamba
Our centre half harper Bailey had a first half to forget

Played well Saturday looked solid apart from one corner but if he was perfect he wouldn’t be playing for us
Hopefully those few games where he looked nervous are behind him
I’m still far from convinced in the long term but credit where it’s due for the weekend

19
After his first couple of appearances I thought he was a bit of a show pony with no end product
It just goes to show with a good coach and structure and some confidence it can transform a player to show his true potential
He now glides his way around the pitch going past players with ease
Whilst money talks I hope we could put something together to at least have a chance of signing him if he looks at his footballing future in terms of being happy and playing every week we might have a chance

Another sub standard ref
They really are getting worse
I think the best ref I have seen this season is the woman ref we had a few months ago
Escaped there
Palmer has been solid today but was nowhere near that

Whilst Pieters has been a steady performer this year was a season too far for me his legs have gone
Strange decision to bring him back in unless Bartley is nursing an injury
Good save palmer

I think you are wrong about Palmer. In fact, I think he made some vital saves today which otherwise might have given Huddrsfield the chance to get back in teh game. Also, I don't know what your definition of a blooper is. The goal today was shot under his diving body, something you see tons of times every weekend.
Your entitled to your opinion
I hope Palmer cuts out the errors which seem to have crept in more recently and more often has opposed to now and again and proves me wrong
The goal started with him dithering on the ball and giving away possession which was compounded by him being slow to get down , I’d argue he could have used his feet to save it
If you read Bombers opinion of the goal it pretty much echoes my opinion
The first half was a poor display by all and sometimes if plan A isn’t working go back to basics and go over the press
I appreciate we are missing a natural number 9 to hold the ball up but sometimes I’d like to see us stick an extra man in midfield away from home probably swift
Swift retains the ball very well
