Captain Mardon, International?
Steve Bull is a merchant who specialises in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. He wears the headgear one would associate with this trade. He spent years in the first team of a Staffordshire-based club. And he is not a very nice man.

Scored for Wales against the then World champions, England, in the 1970 Home Championships.

It's highly likely the poor bloke was in the early stages of cancer.. He was absolutely written off when he plucked up the courage to see a doctor.

A miracle he is alive.

Koumas without a shadow of a doubt .

Not a great but anyone remember Ian Edwardes,

I'll stand correcting on this but I think he holds record for most goals in an international whilst an albion player. (memory says 6 against cyprus)

have now checked wiki, he sored 4 against malta, whist playing for chester, this alzheimer thingee is rubbish innit !!
the road to the summit has dips, keep the faith when navigating those dips !!

Although I never had the pleasure of watching him play live, for me the stand out candidate for best Welsh player to play for WBA has to be Graham Williams.

Koumas was a potentially mercurial talent, but he did not consistently reach the heights that he either could or should have attained.

To my mind therefore, in terms of consistency and solid performances over a number of years, the title belongs to former FA Cup lifting Captain Graham Williams.

By a considerable country mile.

I remember watching him in a reserve game at the Hawthorns, forget who it was against now, he was stood on the half way line while the opposition goalkeeper took a goal-kick, it came at him like a rocket and he headed it straight back from the half way line and scored, unbelievable

Also an international left back, Stuart Williams was possibly better. Later on he also served as head coach under Alan Ashman. Despite being a heavy smoker he was very quick and occasionally played as a forward

Goalkeeper Tony Millington was quite brilliant when he first came into the team but faded after a couple of seasons.

For his all round play, superbly timed tackling and a wonderful team man Stuart Williams for me.

This reminded me of Ronnie Rees. This is what I found on Wikipedia.

"Ronnie Rees (born 4 April 1944) is a former Welsh international footballer. He played predominantly as a winger and was able to play down either flank.

Rees was a graduate of the Coventry City youth team, and was given his debut for the senior team by Jimmy Hill in May 1962.[2] Rees spent six years at Highfield Road, helping Coventry gain promotion from Division Three to Division One.[3]

Rees left Coventry to join West Bromwich Albion for a fee of £65,000 in March 1968.[3] He spent less than a year at the club, joining Nottingham Forest in February 1969 for £60,000.[3]

Swansea City manager Roy Bentley paid Forest a club-record £26,000 for Rees in January 1972. Rees spent three-and-a-half seasons with Swansea before joining Haverfordwest of the League of Wales in August 1975.[3]

Following his retirement from professional football, Rees worked at the Ford motorworks in Swansea and Bridgend. He was forced to retire in 1995, at the age of 51, after suffering a major stroke that took his ability to walk and talk. He is now a resident at Hengoed Court Care Home, Swansea [4]"

Be happy Ronnie!

If others disagree with your choice it follows that overall there is a doubt. My choice would be different, I'd go with Stuart Williams. As for the one's  not fit to lace Graham's boots...please allow some of us just to reminisce.  :)

Yes, Graham Williams (closely followed by Stuart). But one blot on the copybook - 1964 (I think) vs Everton when he gave them 3 of their 4 goals, a freekick directly to their centre forward, an own goal and a penalty which allowed them to become league champions. Still remember it vividly - we actually played quite well!
