I nearly fell off my seat and i'm working with my WHU friend today, he's not accepting it to be true but The Perce has spoken. 12 million is crazy. Grant offer rejected.
If anybody could post the Telegraph story or details of it that'd be great as it's behind a pay wall.

Exclusive: An initial offer has been accepted and Bilic is also keen to sign Benfica midfielder Filip Krovinovic
Slaven Bilic has made a £12 million bid for West Ham winger Grady Diangana, as West Bromwich Albion step up their transfer business.
Bilic’s initial offer for Diangana has been accepted by his former club West Ham and Albion are now hopeful of concluding a deal for the 22-year-old, who impressed at the Hawthorns on loan last season.
It is understood the bid from West Brom is an initial £12 million and could rise significantly with add-ons.
Diangana, an England under-21 international, played a key role in helping Albion earn promotion to the Premier League last season, scoring eight goals and providing six assists.
Bilic is also keen to sign Benfica midfielder Filip Krovinovic, another player to impress on loan last season, with talks ongoing with the Portuguese club.
West Brom have also had a bid for Huddersfield forward Karlan Grant turned down and expect to complete a £1 million deal for David Button, the Brighton goalkeeper, by this weekend.
A swap deal which would see Sheffield United forward Callum Robinson move to the Hawthorns, with Scotland international Oliver Burke heading to Bramall Lane, is also being discussed as Albion prepare for the new season.
Since returning to the top-flight for the first time since 2018, Matheus Pereirais the one new arrival after sealing a permanent £8.25 million move from Sporting last month.
Watford striker Troy Deeney has also been mentioned as a possible loan signing for West Brom, but another target, Brighton centre-half Shane Duffy, has joined Celtic for the season.
Albion's budget is believed to be around the £25 million mark due to the significant impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the club's finances.
West Brom mark their return to the Premier League with a home game against Leicester on September 13, followed by a trip to Everton six days later.
