The Hawthorns stadium
« on: August 06, 2015, 03:01:15 PM »
Drove past this morning nothing seems to have been done to the outside, I thought it was having a make over? Halfords lane, the directors entrance has had the Albion badge removed and all you can see is where it was. Not very impressed. Thoughts ?

Realistically there's still a few days for the finishing touches to be made. I hadn't heard anything about a makeover though. The pitch might have been re-laid though? Can't remember. Personally I'm more concerned about the playing staff!

The club had said there would be no major changes to the stadium this close season. A lick of paint here and there. Lot of money spent on old Hawthorns pub.

Now that is a question I am waiting an answer for. Led to believe some of it will but waiting conformation from club.

I don't think they plan to run the fanzone until the game against Southampton.
