Only yes as this is effectively less than my HST price for my seat.

It replaces going to the game only in being able to see it not the atmosphere.

This is also another concern

Channeling people into pubs when large parts of the country are under restrictions due to growing rates of Covid is not their finest moment.

It would have been responsible of them to make the games accessible to prevent that issue from appearing,

Just asked the landlord of my local about this and in his words "it's not true, a complete fabrication". So pubs aren't getting it for free it seems.

The fact that Sky get part of the revenue is enough to make me decide no.
I've got the full Sky TV/Phone/Broadband package and will not pay anymore money out to those scavengers.
There's plenty of streams and devices out there to to watch the games on.

I purchased Sky Sports via now tv with the hope of seeing a couple of our games (already have bt sports with virgin).

I will be cancelling now tv at the end of the month mainly over this whole thing.

I will be looking at IpTV options today and when my contract end in jan I will be cancelling bt sports as well (assuming the IpTV I get is suitable).

Can’t afford to keep paying out money for sports when we’re never on the channels.

I imagine it will cost them a fortune too, cannot see Sky and BT missing that trick to make even more money.....

which is why you should use a VPN.

I have used Kodi in the past with indifferent results. There is always a new must try build available on youtube. I now use an established IPTV provider with far better results.

I pay for a TV licence, Sky Sports, Amazon Prime, and I've already paid for a season ticket for this season.

There is no way I am forking out more money to watch Albion. In fact, they've annoyed me so much with this that if they were on the BBC I wouldn't watch them.

I was feeling more connected to the club than I had in a long time; then a damage limitation transfer window, followed by this? Forget it.

This game tonight must be the lowest amount of Sky Box Office buys for any event ever, surely!? No one is going to pay to watch this.

I have three subscriptions to IPTV under different providers.  For different rooms in the house/mancave.  It is definitely the way forward specifically with a VPN.  You can get a perfectly good 12 month subscription for £30-40.

I have had blag boxes for over 10 years, from Starview, Black Pearl, Skyview/Kryptview, MAG box and now firestick.  Eventually, they go and someone will find another work around.  But apart from broadband they haven't had money out of my pocket for a very long time.

I am looking out for another subscription so I will PM you privately to get some info if you don't mind?

I'm sure Sky and BT would heartily endorse that.  ::)

I understand why many of us will be tempted to watch via an internet link... (chooses words carefully).  How can £15 per match be a justified figure.

You can buy a whole day pass for main event games via NowTv for £9.99. PPV for a single fixture at £14.95 is a profiteering stealth tax against supporters of teams outside the top six who feature less frequently as main events. Opportunism geared to exploit supporter loyalty and mental wellbeing during times of emotional and financial hardship. They can get royally stuffed and shove their PPV up their collective ricker.

I plunged for it. May not have done so if I knew that Don Goodman was going to be on commentary.

I for one am glad I kept my £15 in my back pocket.

I won’t be buying the others either.

For the fee I was expecting top pundits before, at half time and at end of match not Dingle Don. No interview with managers after game, something similar to red button on Championship during week games.

I viewed via an internet stream and it was absolutely fine.

I have never bought anything on PPV and it will remain that way.
