Very much not.

We've been awful. Could lose it yet.

Indeed. We should be 5-2 down at this point.

Fellows should come on and get the ball into their half.

Strong agree.

I’m fed up of people saying he works hard,so he should he’s a professional footballer  who gets paid well ,he knows deep down he isn’t good enough for this level ,so don’t know why there’s an uproar when clearly he just isn’t very good

Everyone should share their opinion, and you're absolutely entitled to express yours. That's what these forums are for. I was just trying to suggest that it's not helpful to anyone to use terms like 'atrocious' to describe players like BTA. He's just not deserving of such derogatory terms.

No need to be so harsh. He's been excellent value for us. Stays fit for the majority of the time. Has scored some good goals. Works his socks off every time he plays. Yes, his finishing and hold up play is not perfect but he does everything that he can and I think he's improved in his time with us. Absolutely no need to speak about a player in such a way who has done everything possible to help the team whilst he's been here.

Diangana should be off at half time. Looks to have strained a muscle in his leg earlier on in the half. No point keeping him on as we have a strong bench (for this division).

I think that this bizarre fascination of Villa with taking loads of our kids season on season needs looking at. It's just coming across as petty and almost like a targeted attack now. Surely there should be a cap in place of the number of kids that can be taken from one youth set-up to another over a certain number of years to stop this kind of thing. It would potentially stop these bigger clubs from just stock-piling kids and hurting their careers, if nothing else.

On just a personal level, it just comes across as petty and immature of those at the Villa academy to keep doing this. They must be absolutely pathetic and insecure people.

The sun's out in Oldbury this morning as I read this (even though cloud was predicted all day). I'll take that as a sign.

I think his injury cost us the first goal today. Bartleys strength is cutting out those floated balls across the box. Less than a minute with him off the pitch they score with a ball deep across our box.

Absolutely right.

It's lovely to see that my fellow fans above feel the same way that I do. The money is irrelevant at this point.

This is a lad who has dreamt of becoming a professional in the sport that we love and he's worked so hard to get to the point where he has been able to start plying his trade in different countries. He was just on the cusp of testing himself to see if he could further challenge himself to get to an even higher stage such as the Premier League or other elite leagues.

Then he gets a bad injury that messes up his progress. Then another. And now another injury, after a short layoff with a previous short one.

It wouldn't be so bad if he just came across as someone who is just looking for a payday, BUT HE DOESN'T. It has come across that he gets on well with his team-mates and wants the best for his team. We can only imagine the (relative) mental torture as a sportsman that he has gone through when working so hard to get back from these injuries, only to be devastated time and time again when his body has once again succumbed to the pressure of top level action.

It was moving to see his reaction when leaving the pitch today and I think that tells you as much as you need to know about how much this is all effecting him, and how much he cares.

I just wish him all the best as a person and if he's reading this I hope he knows that we all appreciate his efforts to get back to fitness and how he has tried to make a difference for our club. We appreciate you Daryl.

Looks like our officials have actually listened properly to Bacuna and are willing to deal with the situation. Stewards already looked to be doing something in the background. That's good to see. Don't need any Neanderthals at the Hawthorns.

He Started there him and Fellows are switching

Not a lot.

And anyway, just leave Wallace on the right 100% of the time. He's dangerous over there. I get the argument that sometimes it's a bit clever to switch your wingers, but in this case it just never works with Wallace. It seems to always upset the balance of our team and in turn doesn't work out well for us.

So, in conclusion: Put Wallace back on the right hand side and NEVER EVER play him anywhere else. Pretty simple.

Not overly pleased with Carlos today. My honest feeling is that whenever we play local rivals such as Wolves and Villa, we have to put out our strongest possible team (apart from some extreme scenario, like promotion depending on winning the next game, for example). We're not likely to play them very often as they'll be staying in the Prem and we'll be staying in the Champo (or worse), so it's even worse. I get the stuff about the keeper being the cup keeper and stuff like that, but it's my view that this stuff has to go out of the window when it's a local derby like this. I don't care if it's league, Cup, Champions League or whatever. We play the Wolves, we put our strongest team out. That's the way it should be. That's just how I feel about it. Not impressed with his selections today. They hampered us.

We also need to come up with some new corner routines as our's are just absolutely tragic. We're just useless at them. Just such a waste.

Yokuslu played well though.

This ain't going to be pretty.

He scored a goal against a semi-professional team last night. However, in the same game:

- Shots off target = 3, shots blocked = 2 (on target = 2)
- Aerial duels won = 0
- Possession lost = 12 times
- Interceptions = 0
- Tackles = 0
- Error led to a goal for other team = 1
- Ground duels = Lost 5 out of 8
- Aerial Duels - Lost 1 out of 1

Still needs some work by the looks of it.

I thought he came across as a very sore loser sometimes actually, without merit. He was very good for Liverpool though and he was a bit of a character.

This is exactly the kind of thing you have to remember when kids like this decide to sign a contract at another club. If they're not going to get on the pitch in games like this when the game is already won, why not sit on the bench somewhere else on more money?

However, I can also see the other side of the coin. The senior pro's who also work hard week in week out probably wouldn't like it if a kid gets on in front of them.

Saying that, the likes of wallace who probably could have done with a little more of a rest (or not getting injured unnecessarily) probably would have understood if the manager would have asked them to just enjoy having the game off totally given the circumstances in the second half.

On balance, I would have probably brought him on today for 20 minutes instead of Wallace or Dike.
