West Bromwich Albion FC / Thank you
« on: August 26, 2015, 12:12:47 PM »
when we got back to the car last night my son realised he had lost his phone, he said he was going to have a walk back to the motorway to see if he could find it. About 5 minutes later my phone rang it was a young lad who said he had found the phone, he had rang my house and my wife told him to ring me he told me were he was and i went and met him and got the phone back, i would just like to thank the two lads who found it and took the trouble to contact us and return the phone to me. they were only about 14 and i think with all the bad press the kids get how refreshing it was for these lads to do what they did. Once again thank you!!!/

West Bromwich Albion FC / problems saturday?
« on: January 04, 2012, 03:12:11 PM »
just thought with blues playing wolves at 12-30 on saturday and them  having to come back on trams and buses past the hawthorns just before we kick off or if some of our fans travelling from birmingham run into them there might be potential for a few problems. i cant understand why one of the games hasnt been moved.

General Football & Sports / standing
« on: December 20, 2011, 03:54:53 PM »
i have just had a call from radio wm to go on air and give my views on bringing back standing at football grounds, as there is talk in scotland of having safe areas at their grounds for standing. well my view is that standing areas should be bought back in certain parts of the ground. the atmosphere would change dramatacally at the grounds and it would be like being at a football match again. any thoughts?

« on: December 08, 2011, 09:58:33 AM »
does anyone know why the albion players are visiting the childrens ward at russells hall hospital and not the childrens ward at sandwell? i thought as sandwell is just down the road and part of the community they would  be going there and not to dudley.

« on: October 13, 2011, 02:52:51 PM »
just come off the phone with someone from the albion about my grandson having a season ticket but not a membership i thought as a st holder he would also be a member but he is not so if he wants the goody bag and to go to the parties i will have to pay another £20 i asked her if this was right she said yes as a st holder yoy just pay to see the games with no benefits as a non member he would be invited but would have to pay i said how can that be right whan he pays £129 for a st so members are more important than st holders she said thats not for me to say but i have told you your st only pays for the games so after paying up front in april for 2 sts like a lot of you a member is more thought of than we are i am spitting feathers
