It may be a bit early to ask this question only 3 games into Hodgson's reign but which player so far has impressed you and adapted best to Hdogsons tactics.

The obvious one is Meite who has come in and looked good against 2 physical sides where he does not have to worry too much about mobile strikers (martins was poor at the weekend).

Id say Olsson but he made a couple of mistakes against Blues with their goal and a clumsy challenege at 2-1.

Paul Scharner and Steven Reid - The two old heads have produced two to three very good performances between them. Reid had around ten minutes against the Wolves and nailed Elokobi and Ebanks Blake with some beasty challenges. I just feel these two have lead by exampe.

Scharner, reid and meite are the main contenders imo but you could pick anyone really they have all played their part and the majority have been outstanding

Paul Scharner and Steven Reid have always impressed me and had Steven been a little fitter may have played more under RDM.
Along with Jonas Olsson these are my favourite players of the current crop, total professionals although Jonas can be a little bit impetuous at times but is improving.

The whole team has improved greatly since Roy has been here, but I would say Metie I wasnt expecting to see him in an Albion shirt ever again but he has played really well the last two games.

The one I am most surprised with is Meite - has played really well.

It's obvious to almost all of us that the players who have most impressed are Meite, Reid, and Scharner. Brunt and Thomas have, as of yet, struggled to make the same impact and have struggled to rediscover their form under Roy's management.

all the players have greatly improved under roy especially  the defence who now seem capable of defending he as also got the likes of meite who wasn,t everyones cup of tea playing like he should have all along. even carsons confidence was low and he as also done well

I wouldn't say Jonas Olsson has improved if I'm honest, his performances under RDM and under Roy Hodgson both carry passion and determination, probably the way we have improved defensively as a unit has made both Olsson and Meite look even better centre backs - This which we needed.

I don't think it was a question of Steven Reid's fitness. Reidy seems quite a fit lad, the problem was could his knees last every game, the answer? Probably not. What he didn't deserve like Pablo and one or two others was to be frozen out by the past management.

Reid has made a big impact and I cannot see Jara getting back in for a while.   

However, Jara could play the Mulumbu role if required.

I can remember speaking to him at the end of last season and asking him whether he wanted to sign for the Baggies,  he simply said "not half".

The likes of Olsson and Mulumbu have bee very good all season IMO and they've continued that under RH. For me Steven Reid has been inspirational these last few games and has confirmed most peoples oppinion that he should have had a lot more game time this season. His defensive performances against Stoke and Blues have been impressive but he's also contributed two assists with his willingness to get forward.

Scharner is another who seems to be benefitting from Roys more organised approach. We all know his attacking attributes  aren't the best but his defensive attributes appear more at home in the current system. His second half performance against Blues was outstanding.
