That really is good news. Who knows if he will make it but Id rather find out while he wears our shirt, not that of some other team.

Personally I'd be looking at giving him game time from the bench in the Swift role off whomever our main forward is to be. If that looks beyond him at this stage of his development I'd look to loan him out in January. We have to give him some kind of a pathway for his development.

He is 20 in October. Feel like he needs to make significant steps forward this season, either here or on loan. Another season of u23s is no good to anyone.

Yep, league 1 and 2 loans just mean indecision to me. Make a call once they hit 20 plus on outfield players

Some will make it, some won't. Either way our short term contract offers indicate we need to find out rather than just paying out

Had a similar stint at Hednesford in 2022/3 season where did that get him ? where is the progress ? He is regarded as one of our best and is 20 now

and playing in the u21’s will get him more? Like I said he can’t play any higher until January and if he doesn’t kick on then that’s on him.

Has all the skills and vision but needs toughening up to a mans game where they are certainly more physical than u21

Would have not sent him to play on artificial pitch , and we can surely do better.

Fenton was booked early on and was subbed after Benbow picked up his second yellow reducing Accrington to ten in the 60th minute. Ex Baggie Sam Mantom was also in the Rushall Olympic starting eleven.
