Shane Long has been chosen ahead of Kevin Doyle for Ireland against Slovakia.  ;D

personally this got raised up on our forum the other day......i'd say 90% of our posters said they were thankful of this as lessens the risk of doyle getting injured on International Duty (has been injured 2-3 times previous with ireland)

now i believe he is starting as long is injured? was that picked up with ireland?

Indeed it was, the downfall of internationals. Long has been ruled out tonight aswell. Hopefully he recovers for Sunday's game against Norwich.

Doyle appeared to get a knock to his calf today for Ireland. Did better than Friday but with midfield being over run didn't really shine and difficult to defend from front too. Ireland's brightest spell was probably when Cox came in straight after with bit more ball retention and a couple of half chances created but reverted back to Russia domination within about five minutes.
Stephen Ward was being exposed a lot on the left positionally, with McGeady covering a lot for him. Although was a similar fault to the Irish set up when Kilbane played left back.

Indeed we lost but 7 points from 4 games, QPR next week so back to winning ways next Saturday thank you very much!  :D

Can't wait to see the Suffolk folk to do you over tomorrow.

Guaranteed 3 points next week is it then for you?

Typical thick Dingle!

When did Norwich become part of Suffolk?
It is not the taking part, but the winning that counts.

Mad Mick out !!
1.Hammill should of started instead of Michael Kightly.
2.Kevin Doyle was doing his usual bugger all act.
3.Stephen Hunt should retire from football and become a werzel Gummidge double.
4.Karl Henry should go and play in league 1 where he belongs.
5.Jamie O`Hara only plays when he feels like it and is not in the same league as Graham Dorrans. ;)

nice one baggies,  worse result for us today would been canaries winning 3pts as they are defiantly without doubt bottom 4 team and should be bottom 3

you did get few nice refereeing decsions though to help you finally win

Mad Mick out !!!

not really most wolves fans were realistic before yesterday

we knew we were due reality check, spurs were due a win

it was nice to play one big 5-6 knowing you dont NEED points, it was a free game and we played really well until they broke us down with bit of class and quality

qpr is the next test, win would gives us excellent points tally of 5games, drew isnt the end of the world given our current jump start on rivals although realistic you need 3pts of these sort teams more times than not

No problem, it is very confusing, but you're still one of the most educated and intelligent of the Old Gold pack that insist on tarnishing our forum with their utter ********.

You would do well to remember that your left shoe goes on your left foot and your right shoe goes on your right foot the next time you're allowed out (you may need a responsible adult to help you with this though)!

On top of the results you really have made my weekend  ;D :-* ;D

Forgive me for butting in, but don't you need another 33 points to be at what is considered the survival figure?

wolves need 33 more points Albion need 37 more!

QPR at home is no foregone conclusion they have signed barton wright phillips who are both top pedigree premier league players and would both waltz into the wolves team.

not to mention dj campbell who scored a handful of goals for balckpool last season! jay bothroyd wolves old boy could come back to haunt them.

QPR will cause more issues then swansea and norwich because they can and will score goals!

NO GAME CAN BE TAKEN FOR GRANTED IN THIS LEAGUE newly promoted sides are dagerous speicies as we showed the big boys last year
O Albion we love you

work on basis you need shade over 1pt per game, we were on 7 after 3games, now 7 after 4,

to some extent for par keeping up form our next two games are free hitters

doesnt neccessarily fall out like that i know but thats why look at it
