Im literally listening to it now, he talks about not liking Pulis, and a few fights they saw, particularly Boaz and Jonas, and the mozza/ Berahino one, saying Mozza only hit him because Saido was going to batter him 

Other than that its a trip down memory lane, its well worth an hour and half of your time though, just search Fozcast on youtube

the only titbit i gleaned was Val used to practice set pieces right up to and including the mornings of match days, how we got so bad is anyone's guess.

I'm going to hazard a guess and suggest we got so bad on set pieces because the players simply couldn't be bothered doing better.

I haven't watched it all but appears the others have answered well. I thought the stuff about Olsson and Myhill nearly having a full on fight was interesting to hear. As much as it was full of banter etc and a trip down memory lane it did make me think that the players kind of took over the club and then Pulis took charge and and the downward trajectory began, despite a couple of season of decent placing in the PL.
