League is taking shape now so here's my take on how it might play out:

Top 2:
Leeds: Think they'll see it out this year.
Boro: My tongue should turn black for even suggesting it but I think their pragmatism will see them through. Promotion or not though, I would not, repeat not, swap places (by places, I mean managers) with them for anything.

Play offs: 4 from.
Us
Norwich
Derby
Villa
Forest
Sheff Utd.

Shows how tight it is, where the top 2 could still be any 2 from that 8. Far more exciting than the Prem.

We will finish top. We are fourth having not played well until the past two games where Darren has finally seen the light. Leeds won't sustain it, no Bielsa team ever does. Stoke are a bit far back to challenge our title win I feel and the Villa will come second.

I wouldnt count QPR out of the shake up, considering how they started, they are on a decent run.

Xmas / New Year period will be massive and sort the men from the boys.

Personally I think Sheff Utd will fade they did so last season also.  Also I don't see Leeds threatening the top as I don't think they're good enough.  I'm very interested to see if Norwich can maintain their form.  They have a German Manager who won't be complacent and driving them on in every game.

I think the Top 2 will come from this list:
WBA
Aston Villa
Middlesbrough
Norwich
Derby County
Nott'm Forest

Good goal to be fair, very Harvey Barnesesque.....

Just one bluenose had to step forward and take one for the team, he was almost escorted through!

I'd like

1st us
2nd Forrest

Playoffs to have the first semi boro vs villa....TP wins 1-0 on aggregate (Rudd gestede) and TP reveals a "owed you that" blue n White stripped t shirt

Final is between boro and Qpr
Qpr win 3-0 all from headers at corners with some loose defending, mclaren reveals a red tshirt with the words "owed you that"

If youre going to get told off, get told off for doing something not for doing nothing..

Pulis has already had 4 games to beat the Villa when it really mattered, with us twice and Boro in the play offs last season, and has failed miserably on each occasion.

Boro and Norwich both drew
Sheff united got a win at Brentford
Leeds keeper saved penalty in last minute to make sure of the 1-0

Could have been worse for Albion. Win tomorrow and we're right back in the thick of it

Draws nowadays are not good enough. We’ve got to keep winning because there are so many teams in the mix.

The old adage of win at home draw away still holds true 2pts per game will see you promoted I  wouldn't be unhappy with a point at Swansea .

Correct,
I would suggest that the most consistent team will be Boro, its TP's way, whist others (Norwich / Leeds / Sheff Utd ....) will have runs good and bad, If we keep Fortress B71 and take an average of 1 point away we'll have 92 points and be there or there abouts.

Starting to shape up now. Can see it being between 4/5 teams for the top 2 places, although I do have a feeling Boro will go up as champions.

If we can pick up a decent return of points from our next 3 that will put us right in the thick of it for the Christmas period.

I think (and hope) Boro bottle it. Some times you need to take risks and at the death not sure wether TP  can do that.

Villa are now 5-4 up against 10-man Forest. Tammy Abraham scores four.

absolutely mental game Villa v Forest. Kind of wish I had watched that rather than spend all evening pressing refresh button on WBA stream to see about 7 mins of actual play  ::)
