West Bromwich Albion FC / Re: WBA Next Manager/Head Coach Thread

My first thought was blimey but upon seeing that article gives me some hope, Braga are currently 3rd in Portugal & are above Sporting & are 2nd in their Europa Cup division. I’m actually suprised he’s interested you’d think the Europa league & top of Portugal would be a bigger draw than the Championship.

He doesn’t manage them anymore he left to go to the uae

That can't be his EFL wage though surely.  He will be on flex down rate now.

We signed him while we were in the championship so
If that what we gave him at the time he will be on that

Yeah it’s been a real big positive, the fixtures come around so quickly. Doesn’t leave too much time to dwell on the previous result. Fulham at home on Tuesday is now the biggest game of the season. I hope it’ll along be remembered for the right reasons, fingers crossed.

Bilic is as good a manager we could get in this division if we don’t go up we should 100% keep him

I love our club again. So much.

On a possibly shallow point - but a point nonetheless - I put a fiver down at 10-1 for us to win the league. If the 2019-20 season ends in 21, will that void the bet?

No it won’t be void as it will still be the 19/20 season

The perce has spoken

Hughton will meet them in the next few days. Labbadia looking less likely as it stands. One other of interest (not Wilder, Monk, Cowley or Jokanovic) #wba

Fans were worse than the team today no wonder we can’t play at home fans too busy arguing between themselves rather than getting behind the team

Just been checking the latest La Liga scores. Barcelona beat Getafe 2-1 to make it four wins out of four in the league.

Oh and Deportivo lose again, In the relegation zone. Not looking good for Pepe Mel, could be another sacking round the corner.

Pretty sure he was sacked the end of last year

Looks that way. The straight out on loan bit and it does not cpme from the transfer kitty. Makes me think Pulis might not have known anything about the deal.

He had to go out on loan as he wouldn't of got a work permit

So Livermore got his own thread very good player but does anyone really know if we have put a bid in for him or is it this wonderful media talk again

John Percy says we have bid 10 million for him he's normally very reliable

It's all well and good making it hard for the big boys but we have dropped points to stoke Sunderland and Bournemouth so far

First 3 games are winnable. I suspect we'll see a starting lineup very similar to the one that ended last season whilst we are awaiting the transfer scraps to drop for us.

It's half one kick off

Yes. Berahino's woeful on the wing and absolutely useless defensively. I'd much prefer Rondon who runs his socks off.

I'm not berahinos biggest fan but he is far from woeful on the wing he finds space out there and causes the  opposition real problems

I stood and applauded him onto the pitch as I will every time he appears if that upsets people then tough we need to back the whole team to finish as high up the table as we can and imo Pete can still contribute to that
