Just seen the first goal on MOTD. Has already been said but what on earth was Phillips doing? May as well sent the player a party invite, he backed off him so much. His nonchalant attitude just about sums the whole team up....

and Foster could have thrown his cap on that shot and stopped it. Pathetic but unfortunately very much expected.

Had a clear out yesterday and found my early season gift pack from the club, car sticker, £20 discount club shop vouchers, and lots of promise in the accompanying letter. Chucked the lot in the bin......what a load of rubbish we are.

Sickened saddened ashamed and that's being kind . How can any team loose to Bournemouth of all teams when it's last chance saloon . Hang your heads in shame footballers . I am so angry  tonight. You folk defending them still wobble your heads
Some decent teams have lost to Bournemouth actually , in the context of the season it is by no means our worst performance..
Expecting to just turn up and beat Bournemouth is disrespectful...telling people to wobble their heads may also be seen as ..
If youre going to get told off, get told off for doing something not for doing nothing..

Got back from Bournemouth about 11 o'clock last night, nice 14 hour day to support them all undone by Messrs Pardew and Phillips.

Still cannot believe he made that substitution.

Yes have to agree. Nyom (who played really well) and Dawson had worked really well together all game and Ibe did not have a sniff. Why break up that good pairing? Livermore could have gone to left central, Field tuck in to CM, replace Brunt (who did not play well throughout) with Burke and put Phillips up top later (why take Rodriguez off who was a constant goal threat?)

Foster was at fault for both goals, but changing the team like that lead directly to the first goal, so I blame coaches for appalling in game decision making - AGAIN.

Clueless really is appropriate name for Pardew.

Only watched MOTD but Foster was at fault for both goals, should have easily saved the first one and poor positioning for the 2nd.
Poor from Phillips to not close Ibe down and a poor challenge from Dawson to give away the free kick for the 2nd.

It was shocking from Phillips. Ibe is a right footed player and Phillips just left him to go inside in his own time. If you know your players you make sure Ibe goes on the outside. Basic error and nowhere near acceptable.

That goal certainly wasn't the sole fault of Phillips. Ibe cut back inside and it looked like either Yacob should have moved across to close him down or maybe Dawson should have gone out to him. Dawson was pointing for Yacob to move towards him. So 4 players could be at some fault on that goal including Foster of course.

I've only seen the first goal from a couple of angles but I did wonder whether the forward running through the middle ahead of Ibe was a) offside and b) distracting Ben a little, just enough to make him slow to get across.
Probably nothing in it, though, and obviously spilt milk anyway.
