Wednesday for me also, they always seem to go on sale longer than expected so don't think people need to worry.

Does anybody know a way round it if the following has somehow occurred;

Me and my brother go to games together. Never alone/with others.

He somehow has 1560 points, I have 1540.

Can he get us two tickets on his release date or do we have to wait for mine?

I'd e-mail the ticket office to see if they'll make an exception, but if you wanted 2 together under normal circumstances you'd have to wait for 1540.

I’m still a firm believer in if you want to go to a match badly enough you will get a ticket. Plenty will be about on twitter and Facebook, get yourself up to Birmingham city centre on the morning of the game around the Briar Rose, Sun on the Hill etc. And there will be a few flying about.

Sign In to your account. You should then notice your name in the top right corner, put your cursor over it and select "loyalty points" from the drop down menu.

Just got mine but looking at the tickets that are on sale I can’t see how the allocation is lower. Looks to me like the same seats are on sale as usual.

This loyalty points thing is useless. I have been a STH since for 22 years. A bloke who only became one this year has managed to get himself one today.

We have to wait until next Weds when i guess they'll be sold out.

Albion need a rethink on this system.

On Twitter it appears many Albion fans buy coach tickets to gain extra points yet they dont even use the coach.

Coaches only give you +10 points - you'd have to buy a lot of duff coach tickets to get enough points!

I had my first season ticket for about 4 years this season which is +1000 points, since then I've accumulated +90 points for cup tickets/coaches this season and i'm currently sitting on 1090. Annoyingly my old membership from the last 4 seasons doesn't seem to count though and have no additional points from that.

So far as i'm aware, the only people who will have 1500+ will be those who renewed from last season, or those who bought both Home and Away ST's this season. (or have been to a shedload of away games along with the cup games and coaches etc)

If you do have a season ticket though this season but just not enough points, then you'll be able to get them next Friday (in the unlikely event that there are any left)

10 loyalty points for using the official coach is a lot considering you only get 5 for attending an away game.

The only thing unfair about it is the official coaches points, that’s a joke but then again I’m not sure if this still applies.

Whoever has got one today has had a season ticket at least this season and last season and been to a lot of cup games and away games so to me that’s fair. I’ve got 1680 and have never used the official coaches so it’s defini doable worth out coach points

If that’s true that’s its 10 points for coach travel that’s an absolute joke!

I have been to 4 away games this year, 4 last year, all the cup games over the past 5 years or so along with 22 years as a season ticket holder.

If we're calling it loyalty, you should get 100 points per season you have had a season ticket as a minimum.

No idea why this comes up every year... If you have a HST and go to all the away games then you deserve a ticket to the in demand away games. Why should someone who has been to every home game since the year dot get a ticket to the in demand away games over someone who travels everywhere?

Don’t agree at all mate, as jacko said I believe the system is fair minus the coaches. Why should you get a ticket over someone who is 17 and been to every away game this year just because you are older

People missing my point; a lad at work has had a season ticket for 1 year, has only done 5 away games this year, yet this morning got his hands on a ticket along with several others on his "mini bus" of fans.

This shouldn't be possible. All tickets must be assigned an 'owner'. The owner must have the correct quantity
of loyalty points. The only way to fiddle the system is to use someone else's membership details.

Point in case, I have enough loyalty points to purchase my ticket today. My brother does not. The only way my brother could get a ticket today is if he used my details with my permission. (Absolutely not!), therefore he has to wait until next week.

The system is fair.

That’s impossible to get that many points by doing that many games

Well he, along with 3 of his mates who haven’t even got a season ticket, have got a Villa ticket.

The system isn’t fair. Plain and simple.
