Just checking my online account and there is no listing of my season ticket for next season. It was listed after I purchased it but it's not there now.

Is this normal? Is anyone else in the same boat or do I need to contact the club to see if there's some problem / error?

renewed mine and isnt showing online but phoned up at 9am this morning and moved my seat further over as been waiting to do it for years but unable to do in the Smethwick.

Mine doesn't show up under 'season tickets' either.

The 2019-2020 season ticket purchase does show up in the 'loyalty points' section though.

I'm not going to worry about it.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.

I didn’t renew by 30 April for non football related reasons. Went online to renew today (first day they went back on sale) only to discover that my seat has been sold. Not best pleased...

in all fairness all exisiting STH were told that if they didnt renew by the cut off then the seat would be released to general sale.

Yes I agree Tipton, but I went online on day one of the re-release of tickets and they were already sold??? Just find it hard to swallow.

Am I missing something here?
Didn't the club say that if you didn't renew your season ticket by 30th April then that seat would be released for general sale at a higher price when the season tickets went on sale after the early bird offer?
To be fair you were told.

It was probably taken by an existing season ticket holder who wanted to switch seats. They had the opportunity to do that in between the sales windows.
Going down the Brummie Road... To see the Albion Aces!

Not doubting anything you say here. The point I was making, and has now been covered by another poster since, is that I missed the notification that in the week prior to the re-release of the STs there was an option to move seats. I went online early yesterday assuming that I would be okay. I knew I would have to pay more but was shocked when my seats had gone. Oh well, that’s my last word on the subject.

it must be frustrating if you have had that seat for numerous years in all honesty. the club didnt manage the ST policy very well at all.

Just to let people know.

Anybody that may be looking at getting a season ticket in the Smethwick End needs to hurry up. There are only 26 tickets left, all lower tier.

Just checking, has anybody got their season ticket in the post yet?

Only reason I ask is that I changed address when I renewed and want to make sure it hasn't gone to my old address.

It was announced that we'd be getting new cards on the OS some time ago.

Fair enough, I must have missed that.

I had an admittedly very quick scan through the OS after logging off earlier, couldn't find a thing.

Quickly checked through my Albion emails to see if there was any mention there, couldn't find a thing.

I might have imagined it  ;D .

I think last season was the 2nd with the same style card so we probably will be getting new ones.

Yep it definitely said we'd be getting new ones sent out. Can't remember if it was in the confirmation email or appeared when finishing the transaction.
