Got a thread for our 4 local sides now.

Know a lot of people on this board that keep an eye out for Walsall, another one of us Midland sides who look in deep trouble this season, 5 games gone in that league and they are 3rd bottom without a win.

Also got a lot of ex WBA players in Downing, the Chambers brothers, Mantom & Sawyers.

Shame for them really. Had a few goalscorers in recent seasons and haven't been able to keep hold of them.

I quite like Dean Smith too.

Congratulations Walsall.

One step in Wembley.

Only £10 per adult ticket for the return leg at the Bescot. Now on general sale if anyone fancies that one. Think I may pick up a ticket myself.

Haven't been following them too closely. Remember that they did seem to get off to a very bad start to the season and were struggling badly around turn of September/October. Looking at table they seem to have shot up to comfortable mid-table. Must have had a decent run of form.
Believe they haven't ever had a game of Wembley. Really hope they go and do it.

The office 'matron' is a Bristol City fan and mocks my accent, hope they're both in the final so I can wind her up just by talking.

Think a lot of midland football fans will be going to this. Well done Saddlers.

Should be pretty easy to get one, they've got an initial allocation of 20k and they can have more if needed. For the FA Cup final you only get 25k!!

I really like walsall and often go to their home games as long as it doesn't conflict with the super baggies and really hope they can stay up. Had a couple of mates play for them as well and move on to better things so I always keep an eye out.

Yeah same here I had a few mates who played for them too and move onto bigger and better things.

Always keep an eye out for them

Nice too see them get a trip to Wembley and wish them luck and hope they win the trophy

Well done to the Saddlers.

Should be a good day out for the fans, and hopefully they can lift the trophy.

Went along to the Keepmoat today (I live in Hull) and proudly sang with the Saddlers fans, good game for league 1, great athmosphere, and to top it off they sang Stevie Bulls a tatter, I didn't know they hated the dingles as much as they do. Excellent!!
