This is exactly how I'm felling mate.

For me I'm made up for Leicester never had a dislike for them ever and good luck to them, they are playing with a swagger, going to Citeh and winning 3 nil is a massive sign of intent and i hope they go onto win it now

Really shaken this Premier League up it has

Glad I'm not the only one! I am delighted for them. The current top 2 is so refreshing. And the fact none of Chelsea, Liverpool or Man Utd are in the top 4 is absolutely fantastic. I was resigned to the "fact" we would never finish above 8th, same with teams like Leicester. But they've blown that out of the water.

Just as long as Villa don't repeat it...

Villa won by 2 goals.
We can only manage to win (if at all) by 1 goal.
Pulis has made us impotent.

So...and how many times have they won this season!

Using Villa as a yard stick is ridiculous considering they are bottom of the league and won 3 games all season

I'd rather win 1 nil with the amount of wins we have than win one game 2 nil and be bottom of the league.

People don't half find some ridiculous comparisons

its not just the winning thats important...its rubbing the losers face in it after that counts

You can use stats to "prove" anything.

You'd be hard pressed to find any that show Villa in a good light...

You can use stats to support an argument but they rarely "prove" anything. Taken in isolation they can be significantly misleading, if you want them to be  ;)

Hence why prove was in inverted commas.

New look for Premier League from 2016/17

Today sees the launch of an exciting new visual identity for the Premier League which will be used from Season 2016/17 onwards.

Working in partnership with global agency DesignStudio and Robin Brand Consultants the League has created a bold and vibrant identity that includes a modern take on the lion icon – a symbol that is part of the competition’s heritage – which is flexible in digital and broadcast formats.

“From next season we will move away from title sponsorship and the competition will be known simply as the Premier League, a decision which provided the opportunity to consider how we wanted to present ourselves as an organisation and competition," Premier League Managing Director, Richard Masters, said.

It doesn't matter how many resources you have.
If you don't know how to use them, they will never be enough.
Oh, and always remember to defecate on those Vile chaps in claret and spew.

I've worked as a marketer in a graphic design and marketing agency so i'm used to all the balls that goes with it.

I think it's a really clean, crisp and vibrant identity for the Premier League and let's face it football could do with being a bit "cooler." A good example of fantastic design and marketing is seen in match day programmes all over the country on a weekly basis and i think it's about that that branding and identities of the game caught up with that.
