At half time would never have believed Leicester would score 5, but full credit to some excellent opportunist goals, especially from Fatawu. However, I don't think Southampton would be easy. They became much less compact when the game started running away from them.

Didn't Salam Rushdie have a Fatwa?

Didn't see that scoreline.

We negated his threat.

They probably have upped his wages and the release clause, and added a year, so wish he hadn't said no to Newcastle.

I doubt Barcelona will be able to afford to pay the release clause, so he'll won't be Xavi's replacement.

CA isn't leaving RM for Brazil as rumoured, and after winning La Liga will be staying with them.

I read yesterday that City have decided to sell Greasy Jack, after discovering he's actually just a diving imbecile nowhere near worth £100m, but I doubt they can afford him given their FFP concerns.

Their policy with YT (£160k a week apparently) and Kamara, seems to be getting the best mid 20's free players on massive wages.

Hopefully, Zeus will help the Greeks overcome the scum in europe, even though I am less confident than I was with Lille, but I didn't think David wouldn't get on the scoresheet in either leg.

In the league I'm certain spurs have spursed it up again, even though 5 place looks like it won't be enough.

But, I will still be praying for lots massive dollops of SOTV and for their promising season fizzle out like an out of date sparkler.

Good keeper ain't he? Remember he was in fine form against us last year and this year at their place

But yes a double draw absolutely take that and told ya'll Soton are nothing to fear can't beat a bunch of kids apparently

I don't know what you told us all, but what a can tell you is they beat us twice, and imo were the best and side to come to the Hawthorns this season.

I hate Martin, but if we make the po I would love to avoid them.

Williams was shocking, and it was at a time when £300k was a lot of money, especially for us.

Unbelievable decision, the FA cup is becoming a shadow of what it was.

First they allowed differing rules for those with var and those without and now this.

Always cowering to the top clubs' wishes.

That greasy jack wannabe cash handled the ball in the box but no pen given.

Then that  In goal gets 2 yellows and isn't sent off in the shoot out because some bull rule.

Absolutely gutted.

I would rather have BTA than Karlan Grant, regardless of how much we spent on each, and neither are supposedly centre forwards. BTA over Callum Robinson too

I'd rather have Eddie Grant instead of Karlan, whether he wants to dance or not.

I know Swift was a royal, but cannot anyone confirm if he suffers from the same affliction as Prince Andrew, in that he cannot sweat?

I've said it on many occasions now, that he a scorer of great goals, but not a great goalscorer.

He's a very likeable guy.

He grafts and grafts but he isn't clinical enough. Just like he made an impact off the bench in his first appearance for us, I think that is where he would be now if DD wasn't always injured.

We haven't seen enough of Maja to see if he is any better than BTA, but hopefully he is and BTA can be impact player off the bench.

Our options are limited and AW obviously isn't showing much in training if he still does not come on when we are trying to get an equaliser.

Limited player who always tries, and he is what he is, and I've said that for long time and was gutted when we refused to sell him to stoke, but to suggest he didn't look gutted after his sending off is simply untrue.

Our allocation will not be 40,000
Most fans that want this seasons shirt have one at this point, the uptake on any left in the club shop just because we get to the playoffs will be small.

You're absolutely correct.

Despite previous finalists getting approximately 37,000 tickets, I am sure our allocation will be reduced to those who have already bought a replica kit.

Why I suggested we should try and capitalise more merchandise to counter FFP is beyond me, and I apologise.

I’m lost at the line “if we make the playoffs there will be no strips for the average armchair fan”

Why do they particularly need a strip, to wear at home and only if we get in the playoffs ?

If you don't know why we sell 40,000 plus for Wembley but half that at Hawthorns, i don't know what to say.

What about the players wearing the new strip if we get to the play offs and releasing the new strip to the fans surely we would sell loads straight away

That's what I said.

The reduction of the current strips has meant only the bigger sizes are left in the club shop.

If we make the po there will no strips available to the average armchair fan to buy.

I know it must be a hard balancing act to know when to reduce "old" stock, but we could lose out big time financially if we go haven't got plans like releasing the new kit early.

You have to be green and current to attract the yoot of today.

So maybe we'll have a Heat Pump They.

Last night's game was like a friendly and the atmosphere was flat.

There was also ticket stewards waiting inside as you went through the turnstiles checking if adults were coming in using the £23 kids tickets.

Imagine the possibilities of he had a half decent striker to bury the chances we create, we'd be challenging for the top 2.

Where's this "hate and aggression" towards CM?

He would have had to have played to get any of that.

I think we went in for Mubama and they said no, they offered CM and we foolishly said yes.

I disagree, as a ES neutral, it's the Smethwick that gets the singing going and that friendly banter you refer to, which I assume is the ", going down the Brummie rd for some peace and quiet" is what usually awakens the Brummie rd.

A lot of teams don't like the away fans behind the goal, as they seem it as giving them to much support and so they put them in their side stands.

If we did redevelop the ground I would rather us give them part of the Halfords, possibly half the lower tier, if we build the fabled upper tier.

We haven't got a clue what our new owner is like.

A few promising words in interviews doesn't mean he won't ever make mistakes.

Clearly he is very motivated by his other investment Bologne doing well, and an ex Torino manager has already been linked, probably just speculation.

But, he hasn't said my first piece of business is to tie CC to a longer contract (with a bigger release clause).

If we don't make the PO's the chances of a knee jerk reaction increases as on paper it looks like in 2 consecutive seasons he has failed to get into the top 6.

Imo that would be totally unfair and unjustified as he's not been backed properly and he deserves a chance with better players, and I am certain CC is a great coach, who would be even better with better players.

You cannot support CC, and apparently this topic should never have been brought up, even though it has already been speculated on that the new owner may want to (foolishly imo) want to change managers.

In future I may just start to deride players from the academy like Palmer and declare his error as the world rst GK error in history and try and ruin his confidence because I backed Bruce and Button (which I am not dumb enough to have done).

Was over the moon with us leading and Brentford winning after coming back from 2 down, only to be deflated by both results at the final whistle.

Still feel terrible about our result yesterday, but glad to see that they haven't spursed it up today and have taken over the vilest.

I have my beret and onions ready for Thursday night and will be cheering on Lille and hoping they a frogs leg into the next round after 90 minutes and that 5th place cl is shut down now the vile points acclamation is at a snails pace.

Not a transfer penny spent by him.

Having to rely players he doesn't rate because IP saddled him with them for "free" on 18 months deals.

Having 2 strikers always out and relying on one very limited and average one who has got you a paltry 11 goals.

Having the likes of Swift who is back to his average, at best, self.

Having Yok, his mf general, who can finish a game after helping us get into winning positions.

Yes, it will be very disappointing if we don't make the play offs, but the blame doesn't lie with cc, it lais with a years of overspending on very poor signings, that is now catching up with us.

We started the season conceding 2 goals on average, and he sorted it out.

He countered the suggestions of him not giving youth a chance by introducing one that was ready for first team football, in TF.

Strikers win games and we haven't had a reliable 20 a season one for a while now.

So, if the worse comes to the worse and we miss out, we have to back cc and give him what he needs, which doesn't mean spending millions (which we can't anyway), it's getting good loan players from home and abroad like O'Brien for example.

Younger legs in mf who can carry you over the line when it matters, and as a terrier that kind of player nearly got Hudds promoted.
