Mine isn't showing on my account either. It was after I ordered it on Sunday but it isn't now.

Like you money has gone out and I have the Email confirmation.

Typical Albion they have to worry you off the pitch as well as on it.  ::)

Are you on the App as well as 'Vac or did you purchase online? I uploaded the game to my Stile Card online and it's still showing up as loaded when I click on 'Tickets' in my season ticket account.
It doesn't matter how many resources you have.

I had to ring up to sort my old mans out and change it from a senior to adult.

Money taken but no confirmation and absolutely nothing on his account.

At least when logging in today his seat isn't available to buy, although it seems both his and my account will let you add an extra ticket to basket.

Yeah. As I said, it was showing up on Sunday but isn't today. My order history is only showing from season 2021-22 as well. God only knows what's going on.

The my Albion site on my phone is useless , can’t see any of the tickets I’ve bought though at one stage it was showing mine , though including mine I’ve paid for five all season ticket holders , though I can go on the website and buy additional ones when I’d of thought it would be members now and maybe additional ones for st holders , before going on general sale 🤷???

Just booked my tickets, surprisingly decent amount still there so people shouldn't have an issues getting them when more options open

I used to be a season ticket holder in the SME (during Pulis era) tempted to go there but I am superstitious so picked the same area more or less was in for Preston haha

Is there anyone else out there who'd love to bosh Russell Martin in the face or is it just me? I have a rational dislike of him. He looks like he's got the aroma of dog doings in his nostrils whenever he looks down his nose at those interviewing him and clearly loves himself and his own opinions.

And I can't stand his hair either. It reminds me of something from a 1970s hairspray commercial for women. He's an utter poser and in all honesty I'd probably even settle for tripping him up as he walked past so I could watch him fall over and have a giggle at him.

He has a number of mannerisms which make him intensely unlikable to me. Come on people. It can't just be me who'd love to have a pop at him for a laugh. Obviously I hope we smash them but I'd love it twice as much knowing Carlos and West Bromwich Albion had thoroughly ruined him. And his hair  ;D .
Completely agree. I’m not sure if it’s his arrogance or that he comes across has being a smug ***** but I really can’t stand the bloke.
If we don’t get promoted then I hope ts Leeds.
Regarding the games I’m just hoping we can go to the saints not behind.
We played really well at there place and were unlucky to lose but at the hawthorns they completely outplayed us.
Hopefully the favourites tag comes back to bite them but my realistic head says they win over 2 legs
So long has we do ourselves justice and don’t lose to anything dodgy re ref decisions or controversial I’m quite happy with the overall season

I must admit Southampton brings back memories of staying with relatives in Poole and taking the train with my sister to go to matches at The Dell, as it then was. They had some cracking forwards back in the day, Martin Chivers, Mick Shannon and John Sydenham. If I'd stayed in the area, who knows, I may have ended up a Saints fan, but anyway they then brought in more defensive minded managers and their football became a lot more dire and I lost interest.

Just tried for a mate of mine. Not happening. It was fine up until I went to pay. Oh well, he'll have to wait until tomorrow  ;D .

Getting the same . My order history ends with Leicester game , but nothing under reserved tkts either . Money for both that I ordered has appeared on credit card though and I have the e mailed receipt . Think I’m going to phone later today / tomorrow just to confirm they’ve been added to stilecard.Does seem they’ve gone about it in a strange way with members being able to buy at the same time as STHs

I got my season ticket seats without any issues for Soton (H).  I logged into the ticket site today to see that the Southampton home match was available to buy as I have 75 loyalty points.  It let me add the seat for a mate and got all the way to the checkout then it says "Error: Sorry, no tickets are available for your selection.  I also couldn't select him from my friends / family and it was greyed out.  Someone else mentioned that it will only let you buy them if the friend or family member has the loyalty points from previous tickets I've bought and assigned to them.  I need a lie down in a dark room.

Another reminder of the forum rules folks, if you feel the need to swear then block out all letters using *****.

Its not a new rule so you should all be familiar with it, don't complain if your post gets removed as it will regardless whether you post one sentence or an essay.

This includes those trying to get round it by posting "f all" for example.

We won't be editing any more posts.

For what it's worth I read an article on Russell Martin in one of the papers a while back.
A lot focused on his childhood and how his father had a seriously bad gambling habit and often mistreated Martin's mother...but he did support Martin in his football development. As is usually the case there's a human being in there.

.......... who just happens to be quite arrogant and condescending and loves himself to the extent where he calls his own name out whilst irrigating his man pipes.  Probably  ;D .

Yes, a fairly horrendous one in this case  ;D

Yes , can’t for the life of me think whilst they couldn’t allow fans to come to the ticket office to get there tickets especially as they usually charge extra for the pleasure, not every one can suss how to do the online stuff and getting through on the phone seemed like a lottery

If you like your podcasts there’s a simply excellent episode of Not The Top 20 featuring a Championship Play Off preview.

I’ve listened to their weekly episodes throughout the season but it really gives an in-depth look at each of the four teams and some really interesting little bits which give the most pessimistic of fans (myself included) some real optimism that we *may* just have a chance.

Check it out.

I did see a tweet from Alistair Jones who had spoken to the club about tickets not appearing in their order history:

Quote
Anyone worried about having an invoice and payment being taken from bank, but play off tickets are not appearing on your order history. DO NOT WORRY.

As long as you have received your email invoice, it’s been processed. Seems club are getting many people ringing to check this and it’s clogging lines. Just trying to help
