We have done well to make the play offs but Carlos is going to have  to pull a miracle out of the bag to go any further .
Southampton have done the double over us and Leeds and drew both times with Norwich so have the best head to head form of any of the teams.
And to add to that they were the best team i have seen at the Hawthorns this season.
I hope i am wrong but i can't see anything but Southampton in the final

Unfortunately I totally agree. Final position aside, I think they are the best team in the league.

But we have in my opinion the best manager and I think our squad is going to give it their all. That's all I'm asking for. Glad we've got to this point.

Is there anyone else out there who'd love to bosh Russell Martin in the face or is it just me? I have a rational dislike of him. He looks like he's got the aroma of dog doings in his nostrils whenever he looks down his nose at those interviewing him and clearly loves himself and his own opinions.

And I can't stand his hair either. It reminds me of something from a 1970s hairspray commercial for women. He's an utter poser and in all honesty I'd probably even settle for tripping him up as he walked past so I could watch him fall over and have a giggle at him.

He has a number of mannerisms which make him intensely unlikable to me. Come on people. It can't just be me who'd love to have a pop at him for a laugh. Obviously I hope we smash them but I'd love it twice as much knowing Carlos and West Bromwich Albion had thoroughly ruined him. And his hair  ;D .

Bought ours online earlier. No hassles what so ever. Most unsettling. Doesn't bode well for when the away leg goes on sale. Omens are in the air.

Before Saturday, we had lost the last 3. Now let's go on and win the next 3.

I back Carlos not to lose 4 times to the same side in the same season.
Let's win the home leg and see where that takes us.

I'm under no illusion that the task facing us will be easy, but Southampton are far from perfect and I have faith in Corberán to have a good go at them and leave nothing out there. If that happens and we lose then so be it. Saints have lost 5-0 twice this campaign (Sunderland & Leicester, and lost 4-1 in the reverse fixture Vs Leicester). They've been involved in a lot of high scoring matches - 4-3 Vs Blues was one of them. Just having another nose at their forum and the general consensus is that the defence is far from solid and there's a lot of sideways passing without much end product. I'll be there with my boys on Sunday anyway cheering them on and hoping CC can get one over on Russell Martin.

Mowatt played in home game, Grady played in away game.

Got mine yesterday too. Just logged into my account and clicked on 'Tickets'. Clearly states in green print that it's been added to my Stile Card. You should be fine  8) .

Had a quick look on their websites yesterday most say if they could have chosen a p/o opponent they would have chosen us!
They are cocky and arrogant and are confident of beating us.
From my memory when we played them we did not put the team out that just thrashed PNE ,
I expect us to ram it down their throats,I’m taking us to be victors at the Hawthorns 2-0, and get a result at their place.

Russell Martin is an easy manager to absolutely despise; every time I have seen him in the press or on the touchline he just comes across as a particularly odious human being and I would be lying if I said I didn’t want us to win just to get to the final, but also to put one over on him and hopefully see the Saints sack him because it couldn’t happen to a nicer bloke.

They lost to a Cardiff team that got thrashed by Rotherham. If we get our gameplan right I am confident we can take a lead going into the second leg. 2-0 would be fantastic but I reckon it will be a tight 2-1

We go in as the underdogs and I think that will work in our favour all the pressure will be on Soton and we saw how they crumbled in the league when the pressure was on them to close the top two.

We are going to need to take the chances we get, which is what concerns me as the striker we are likely to be playing misses chance after chance. They are certainly not infallible and I think we were on the receiving end of their backlash for their first loss in 25 games when we played them at home earlier in the season so that may skew perception somewhat of how good they actually are. The away game was a better barometer I think and, if it wasn’t for Townsend completely switching off at the back post, we would have drawn that game

Basically the more complacent and cocky they are, the better it will be for us. Martin has said that the league results don't mean anything and this is a new competition but I don't really believe him and he'll probably be watching their wins in the league against us whilst looking in the nearest mirror. I saw one of his recent interviews and he blamed everything on the players and shouldered none of the blame himself. He couldn't wait to tell everyone what a tactical genius he is for beating Leeds as well, even though Leeds needed the win and obviously threw more players forward. I would love to see his reaction if we absolutely battered them over the two legs  ;D

You have, or should have the confirmation email showing the sale, so if there is any problem with the style card you still have proof.

Mine isn't showing on my account either. It was after I ordered it on Sunday but it isn't now.

Like you money has gone out and I have the Email confirmation.

Typical Albion they have to worry you off the pitch as well as on it.  ::)
