Yes!!!!  big signing this.

Just what we needed. Record of 1 in 3 for the championship, real goal scorer, Mowbray knows him from his time with Blackburn.

In the team to face Wednesday hopefully.

Takes the pressure off forcing Maja and Dike into an early return as well.

Surely should be closer to £10million.

Why do we give our players away!

I don’t really get the ‘turnaround’ point being raised by many to be fair. He got 18 goals and 6 assists for us a couple of seasons ago as well as getting the players’ player of the season award, and has always been decent for us in my opinion.

Yes he’s matured a bit and seems to have a bit more energy, but there’s always been a quality player there for me. Glad the fans have got off his back a bit and he’s producing the goods again after the loan spell.

My thoughts entirely.

Perhaps the original price tag fans expected more and was perceived to be underachieving. Now expectations have lowered is he now seen to be achieving to expected levels.

Or fans made him a scapegoat and thus became one...

He's fast becoming our important player!  Keep it up, nice to have a player in form and scoring!

Everton beating Wolves 2 - 0 after 31 minutes

Watched the first half, they don't survive under GON. Very very poor all over the pitch. Every ball lumped into their box looks like a goal.

A cery pleasing watch thus far

Happy enough with a point considering the changes to the back line.

Grant excellent again, another goal for Maja.

Though we lack some quality on the middle and Palmers kicking was poor.

Top 6, lightened the wage bill, players appear happy with CC, yep Patel must be chomping at the bit to sack him.

                           Palmer

Furlong       Holgate    Heggem    Styles/Frabotta

                 Mowatt            JM

Fellows                 Racic                    Grant

                           Maja

My choice too. I'm confident and feel we may have lucked out with injuries to find a good CB pairing. Also liked Styles at L.B from what I've seen of him.

I can’t believe I’m saying it but I have a little sympathy with them today. They battled really well and to lose it in the last minute of extra time to a controversial goal is a bit harsh. I doubt many will agree with me though. 😀

No, no we won't.

;D 4 4 2 ;D
There's no flow or balance in the side , Racic is struggling .
Id go back to basics in Mowatt and Molumby , despite struggling Tonight I'd put MJ in for Grant too .

MJ was dreadful, if I remember correctly also lost the ball before the goal....

Nice composed finish

Darnell looks one of the fittest players we have, plays eveygame, often for 90mins and still energy left to burn by the end. Wouldn't have an issue woth a 2 + 1 or even 3 year contract.

Mikey on the left and Tom on the right will take two defenders each out of the game.
( Typical Albion after all the positivity about this and the success of the window we all know we will lose to Swansea tomorrow don't we? )

Wouldn't drop Grant just yet, Johnson needs to earn his place.

Could be a profitable free signing.

Allows Griffiths to increase his Stock.
Pushes Palmer with real competition.
Probably a few hundred thousand himself.

Good signing.

Haven't turned up yet and just not retaining the ball...

I wrote on here a couple of months ago that my preference would be another loan for a year with an option to buy.

We haven't got the money for a big fee, but it would be stupid anyway to spend millions based on a few months with us.

Others may have the fee and celtic may want to sell for a fee and not another loan. We could be forced into corner, pay a fee or face the potential MJ goes elsewhere...

Hi,

I've been unable to get all the tickets I need due to me not allocating tickets to brothers and sons account.

If there are any tickets spare I'm happy to pick them up and pay face value.

Please DM if you have a spare.
