If my maths is any good, we need 13 points from the next 5 to be on 50 just after new year, which should keep us in the hunt.  So we can afford one bad day at the office.  I know all the clichés about this league, but they are all games we should be solid favourites in.  That's fate tempted good and proper.

Just been reading about the Arsenal training start and stuff like that, and it got me thinking about our squad and which players would have let themselves go a bit during lockdown and who would have kept themselves up to scratch off their own bats.

I reckon HRK will have kept himself super-fit, but I'm not so sure about Charlie and Ken Z!

Younger players like Townsend and Perriera shouldn't have so much of an issue either.

We need at least one win, I'd settle for 5/6 points while hoping for 8/9.

I'm having an attack of the nerves again - if we lose on sat, then it could well be 3 defeats in a row with Chelski and ManU to come... we could go to Wigan only 3 or 4 points clear of safety if three teams below us go on a charge... there's almost always a twist in the relegation tale, and there's still a lot of games left...

And to make it worse Scharner goes and says the dreaded words "we're too good to go down..."
