The away allocation is usually closer to 3,000 at The Hawthorns but the Baggies are unable to resell those tickets to home fans due to security concerns and segregation issues in the concourse of the Smethwick End.

Therefore, there will be hundreds of empty seats in the Villa end of the second leg of the play-off semi-final.

Which is fair enough , would rather have empty seats then a full away allocation but why didnâ€™t they agree on 1800 which can be safely segregated? Just 200 tickets less would open up another 1000 tickets for Albion fans. Madness

Anybody else having issues with the website? Got through the queue system but then it isnt giving me the option to purchase my seat and isnt showing up that my seat is available either?

Iâ€™m just going to wait a few hours to be honest, going to be loads on there at this time and the website is never the best when itâ€™s packed

I've done mine. Took about 30 mins of waiting in queue, delays and timing out's but it's finally gone through. Checked my EMails to see confirmation but nothing come through yet. Will double check later just to be sure there isn't an issue but fingers crossed should be OK.

Credit to Albion - system worked excellently to get through the queue. However website is dying a death...
Anyone got through and booked yet?

Other gripe is about the qualification of the away game at villa - I expected it to be on loyalty points, not the number of games.
my loyalty points are correct but the criteria is now on the number of away games you attended. My son and I went to 8, but booked 6 ourselves. Problem being I am credited with both Leeds tickets! He therefore can only prove 5! Plus another game he went to, the loyalty points were put on manually, so he has the five points butit doesn't say Blackburn away...

Aarrggghh.

That's not really the point. If they go on sale at 9 am today then fans have a right to purchase them at 9 am today. The club should have everything in place to make sure fans can do just that.

Good job we ain't Barcelona with 90,000 tickets to sell.
