IF we can bring in Ivanovich, Krovinovic, Gallagher, Mandzukic and Grant we would have a pretty decent chance of staying up.

We simply have to find the money and get these deals over the line. IMO.

Ideal window we get those in and get some money by offloading Zohore, Hegazi and Phillips.

Yeah I’d agree with that , those 4 and another striker whether that be mandzukic or not

I think the hold up is he hasn’t signed his new deal with Chelsea yet. That needs to happen before they will send him out on loan.

he has to get his Chelsea contract sorted before anything happens with us (or anyone else) apparently. how long that will take is anyones guess
the road to the summit has dips, keep the faith when navigating those dips !!

I’d rather it was done before Everton. They may reconsider if we get a hiding.

Don't be daft. The player has chosen us and he will get regular game time with us.

Players have left medicals to sign for other clubs. Baggie79 obviously has connections and clearly still thinks it will get done but I’m sure he’ll be the first to say things can change fast. It’s not done until it’s done.  Stranger things have happened.

Chelsea will have a plan for his development and I don’t imagine that’s playing with a divisions whipping boys.

Unless he and Chelsea are liars he is definitely coming and probably tomorrorow.

We're nowhere near that bad. We'll compete fine with the bottom 11/12 clubs. Starting on Saturday.

As Gazberg's said, a Chelsea blogger who seems to write for a number of their publications and has built himself a decent following has said this evening that the terms of the loan were sorted today and he should be unveiled tomorrow.

If this was a permanent signing then i'd agree, but with it being a loan, Chelsea will have more control over where he goes and the fact we have wanted him for so long have probably helped our cause (that and the fact Leeds haven't always got the best out of loan players under Bielsa).

Not quite.  The window closes generally on 5th October but between 5th October and 16th October PL clubs can trade ONLY with EFL clubs, not with each other.

We wont know officially till the deal is announced,  but logic says it's a season long loan with the standard recall clause.

Brighton, Southampton, Fulham, Palace, West Ham, Newcastle, Burnley, Sheff Utd we can compete with. Although I think all of them have better teams than we do. Hopefully Gallagher can help.
