Charlton lose to a late goal
Beautifully understated if I may say so. 90+8.

Field has left the stadium on crutches and with a knee brace. Bowyer has suggested it doesn't look good. Might well be the end of his loan which would be a real shame as Charlton fans seem to think he was looking half decent.

Field's injury incident at 1:25. Looks innocuous enough, but he seems to get his leg caught between the Bristol players legs. Hopefully it's not as bad as is feared.

Some nice play from Leko at 1:55 as well. Will he be recalled in January I wonder?

No need to recall Leko, better to let him stay and get game time. We have plenty of wing cover and Willock to come in should we have injuries or loan recalls.

On a side note Alex Palmer has been doing very well at Plymouth, he as been credited as being a major part of their promotion push this year. Commands his area really well and has helped them win valuable points in many games this season.

Found this on line about Barrow should be a good environment for Soule to work in.

He was ahead of Morton in the under 23 ranks, and yet Morton now has 3 goals in league 2. I think his size is putting people off.

5 in 8 is a great record for a kid in any league. Hopefully we’ve actually got this lad on a contract because clubs will be sniffing

Callum Morton with two more goals for Northampton in the play offs tonight. Seems to be doing well there. Does the fact he has been put on loan, played games and scored goals put him ahead of Tulloch and Soule etc?

Callum Morton scored 2 goals against the team with the second best defensive record of the 91 league clubs and was named Man of the Match.
The play off final is 29th of June and if his loan spell ends on the 30th of June can we have him back and play him?
He would be worth a start in our team for his work rate alone
