I've no idea whether you're both aware of this but Liam had a romantic attachment in Sheffield, he watched a lot of Wendy games when he was there and remained friends with a number of their supporters.

As such he probably has greater insight for Adam Reach and his relationship with Wendy's than many of us on here do. As an aside he's also good mates with Sheffield Wednesday's Tango.

In the meantime I'm confident Tango wasn't Liam's said romantic attachment. Well, I'd like to think not anyway. The potential mental imagery will nonetheless haunt me forever  .

I can confirm that Tango was not my romantic attachment - though it probably stands a chance that his tits were bigger than my exes.

How do they do it? The Dowlings of this world, I mean. Everywhere you look people at that kind of level get pushed* out of one place, have a nice holiday for some months, and then someone else offers them the same kind of job on the same kind of ridiculous salary.

* Actually it was by "mutual consent" from us, I see, but still.
