Apart from the pre season games, 2019-20 was the first season ever where Albion did not wear blue and white in a single away game. Love the green and yellow, so no complaints on that score, but do think we could have worn blue and white at least once!

Albion have been awarded a penalty in 4 successive trips to SJP. Shakey in 91, Hamilton in 93, Igor in 2002 and now HRK. Would think that is a record for our visits to away grounds.

Interesting that they have said that Olsson scored an o.g. at Leicester:

Sad to hear of the passing of the former Arsenal and Blues centre half John Roberts.

Older fans may remember he scored all 3 goals for Arsenal against us in 71-72 when they won 1-0 at the Hawthorns and 2-0 at Highbury.

When Albion played their last Div 1 game before relegation in April 1973 (lost 3-2) which end were the Albion fans in?

Same question for our first game back at St Andrews in Sept 76 (won 1-0). Which end were we in this game?

Villa v Bolton which was due to be on Sky at 4pm on Sunday 18 March will not now take place because Bolton will playing in FA Cup.

If Sky intend to replace it with another game then it will come from one of the following 3 remaining fixtures

Fulham v Swansea
Newcastle v Norwich
Wigan v Albion
