Pulis only has himself to blame with his refusal to play Seb

So West Brom would be winning if a backup full back was playing instead?

Had Foster flapped at it like Myhill did for their second he'd have been slated on here.

Perhaps. But Foster has made a number of blunders, hasn't he? It wasn't a one off.

their second should have been disollowed for the foul on Saido

The ref has given us nothing.

I guarantee had it been a City defender he would not have been sent off.

Contributors to our own downfall.

Deservedly down to ten men - regardless of who was sent off.

We shouldn't have gave the ball away so cheaply and could have avoided that.

First goal, Baird isn't in line with the others and therefore plays them on. To easy for Bony to get the ball.

Second goal there was a foul but the goal was easily preventable.

Awful, awful second goal . When your back's against the wall you simply can't afford that sort of joke defending.

All we can do now is stop it becoming too embarrassing. The stats speak for themselves in terms of possession and shots on goal, but if we can keep the only stat that matters within reason, I suppose I'll settle for that.

Strangely, the sending off hasn't made too much difference to the character of the game given our team selection and mind set.

A painful second half awaits.

Mulumbu and Pocco on Olsoon and Baird off 3 at the back and at least try and give our supporters something to shout about...

Although we are 10 man down,we can do better with those two goals conceded.

We have lost the game with no doubt, but I hope the players can try their best in the 2nd half.Would like to see Nabi get some game time also.

All about keeping the goals down and not completely screwing up our goals diff , which is worth a point against most teams at the bottom.

10 men or not Olson is shocking.

Need to let him go in the summer.

I've been saying that for some time. Mulumbu is another player who has deteriorated steadily from what he was under RdM, or even in the early Clarke days. Both of them should be moved on in the summer to make place for fresh players.

Add Gmac who is too old next season, Baird who was a shocking warm body signing, Pocognoli and Gamboa who won't be played by Pulis, Anichebe has to be moved on as well. And that's just for starters. Quite a busy summer coming up again.

Expect us to sign at least five center backs, five defensive minded midfielders, and a giraffe.  :-X

given 2 cheap goals away here! 1st poor initial back pass by Dawson, 2nd a comedy of errors! at least make them work for the goals! it aint going to change 2nd half - looking at damage limitation & preserving our slightly better than others goal difference!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you are not a professional football player capable of scoring 20 goals a season in the Premier league playing for a side that has 20% possession and doesn't have a shot on target in half of their Premier league games.

Given the situation what could we possible do differently? If we open up against these we'll get done 6+

The red card made no difference, we would have played the same if that hadnt happened, as we did against Everton, Burnley, Sunderland, Villa and Villa again. There is a difference between opening up and parking the bus, id prefer us to be atleast nearing the middle of the scale.

An over exaggeration to make a point, but in honesty in away games (half of our games) we rarely have over one or two

West Brom winning away under Pulis? We have never been in the lead under Pulis away from home.
