Nothing meant one thing this team is capable of is scoring from a set piece.

Don't get me wrong, I'm over the moon that we got the equaliser in the last minute. But the way we came out after half time was totally wrong and very nearly cost us

Was more like a performance from last season, got an early lead and sat back a lot. Mind, after half-time I think a sub was justified, I just don't know if it should have been Yacob on earlier.

Overall a good point, keeps the gap and we played poor so I can't moan.

Good point and I can't stand West Ham so it was amazing to silence their horrid fans right at the end.

Nyom MOTM, he was excellent - reminds me of Yaya Toure in his prime  ;D

Thought the subs were awful and the approach to the second half was an embarrassment, we were lucky to get away with it.

Rondon started well but understandably got worse as we took off all of his support and replaced them with defensive players, then resorted to last season tactic of lumping it in his general direction while he's 50 yards from any of his team mates.

It was a terrible decision. Matching them up wasn't a bad idea but if he wasn't willing to withdraw Fletcher or Livermore it had to be Morrison for me.

TP's chioce of substitutions almost cost us the match.
He took our fast "wingers" off after which Rondon basically had no service.
(Nyon showed how speed got in behind them).
TP should go and appologise to them both.
He should be man enough to admit his mistake.

I think the chadli one was spot on, at the time West Ham were pressing hard and chadli offers very little if anything at all defensively. That's not negative in itself just recognising a weakness.

He's our main threat. There were others that could have been sacrificed without hurting our shape imo.

Just think we should have held our nerve  a little longer before making the change . Think the longer the game went on  they would have lost their nerve a little , but happy with the point

Taking Chadli and Phillips off with half an hour to go robs us of the ability to hurt West Ham on the counter and means that Rondon is isolated, it pretty much give West Ham an invite to flood forward. I don't think shutting up shop is a terrible idea but to ignore the defensive value of keeping the ball away from the opposition is a tactical mistake.

The character shown in getting the point back is welcome and demonstrates that if nothing else we have a group have hard working pro's who provided they aren't dead and buried can drag themselves back into  a game.

chadlis a good offensive player no doubt, but on his most recent form he's far from our main threat. That would be Phillips, hence that change puzzled me a little if I'm honest. That was a change that put HRk on.

Pulis at his best, negative.god that was rubbish, take off your flare players and we have no chance of winning.pity really after our best away turnout First half we had that sealed. But the subs cost us. Wet spam are a team of johnny foreigners  dis organised we really should have won today. Nuck knows what pulis said at half time, what's the problem we're fu..ink safe for Christ sakes , push the boat out we could have been celebrating a cup run next week. Fed up with being ripped of for a beer in this shot hole, you know what I am saying . Just disappointed we didn't take advantage that's all
Rubbish ? , didnt play as well as of late but not rubbish.
I agree the subs were a little unusual but West Ham changed their shape at half time and we were getting over run badly by a physical side. I think TPs idea was right but the players couldnt pull it off due to bad passing out 2nd half.

Other than staying with Cresswell first half i thought Phillips was very quiet.

trying to holding on to a 1 goal lead without the threat of hitting a team on the brake with so much of the 2nd half remanding, 9 times out of 10 leads to a team either drawing or loseing. You got away with this one TP

How is their first not flagged offside?

Also can't criticise the substitutions today when one scored.

to be fair I don't see why he disallowed the goal when Dawson got injured. didn't see a foul or an offside so baffled by that decision.

There was a west ham player offside for both of attempts. The disallowed goal he was definitely interfering with llay. He was obstructing Foster's view. Even for the actual goal I think the offside player interfered with play, he moves towards the ball and you can see it throw Foster off.

Happy with the draw but really, really enjoying the Wet Spam whingeing. Arrogant bastards can't cope when they don't get the preferential treatment they think is their right.
