Would rather Dawson at rb and hope Hegazi fit to play centre back.
Love to see the 433 but am resigned to seeing us play 3412. However with Bartley suspended and Hegazi & Barry injured we may be forced to go to a back 4 unless he throws field in there like we have done in the cup games
O Albion we love you

Hegazi will be fit. From what I've heard he was close yesterday.

I wouldn't even put Robson-Kanu on the bench.
Otherwise, it gives Darren a chance to shoehorn him in.

think you might well be right. I'd definitely go to a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Subs I'd have: Myhill, mears, Brunt, Barry/Hoolahan, Field,  Burke, Edwards

I think if everyone was fit, this would be my starting lineup and bench currently. I think the 3421 will suit us more in terms of making us harder to play through and also give us more outlets on the ball. I've advocated Barry on the left hand side of the back three for a while now so would like to see that to help us play out from the back.

Johnstone

Dawson
Hegazi
Barry

Phillips
Livermore
Field
Gibbs

Morrison
Barnes

Gayle

Myhill, Adarabioyo, Mears, Brunt, Sako, Hoolahan, Rodriguez

Looking forward to a lie in, a good breakfast and a nice stroll to the ground! Be nice to leave the car at home for once!

We really need to a good solid performance (and a win) to set us up for the Leeds game.

Due to some of the fixtures coming up at home; Leeds Brentford villa etc we really need to beat hull and Ipswich. Our abysmal away form puts extra pressure on us at home, this and the fact we were already creaking didn't help us v derby or Blackburn.

Manager hopefully has learned something from the past week be it with his starting tactics/formation or if he is going to persist with the current approach that he needs to fix his current "best 11" and add some va va voom to his subs.

I don't live at that end of town, I live about 3 miles away in East Hull. However, there is a 'spoons called the Humber Pilot about 5 mins walk from the train station, the stadium is about a 30 minute walk from there too. There are plenty of other pubs in the town centre though, not sure what they'll be like if you're wearing colours though.

Avoid the Tigers Lair on Anlaby Road unless you want to mix with racists or dickhead pretend "lads", I think it's strictly home fans only anyway.
If you aren't wearing colours, then you can always get a taxi to Princes Avenue which has a number of bars/bistros but be prepared to pay about £4 a pint. Next to the ground is Walton St Working men's club which has good cheap beer and is away fan friendly (I think).

Also in the city centre is a pub called The Rugby Tavern which is a Samuel Smith pub, it's cheap (about £2 a pint!), the beer is excellent and it's a proper pub (no jukebox and loads of old blokes playing dominoes!). It's behind the BBC building in Queens Gardens (just ask a local).
