To be fair Atomic also said 'with what he has got to work with' which is a reasonable championship quality squad and absolutely no money, so I don't think he is too far away.You may accept Allardyce sending out the same failing team game after game.

the simple matter is that Samuel Luke Johnstone is a very poor goalkeeper barely worthy of a place in a League 1 or 2 team.

Chairman promise the earth and moon to managers slash coaches when they try and lure them to club. Think Bilic was genuinely surprised at lack of funds available and I believe Jenkins jumped ship over this development. Slaven is a highly thought of coach around the footballing world and with promotion on his cv should have no problem in getting another appointment. I do not need a reality check to know that the majority of our squad are not of premier league quality, but some of the youngsters can grow into it. Phillips, Austin, Bartley, Robson-Kanu, Zohore, and Gibbs can not.
