Dawson booked forearm in the face of winger out by the touchline. Free kick drifts behind.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if we get Dawson out of the starting XI by the end of August we'll have had a good window. He's a poor footballer.

McClean has been the best player on the pitch, nice assist from Phillips. Neither striker really been involved, I'm really not a fan of 442.

Poor defending for the goal but it is a mix of kids and subs. Myhill looks about 10 stone overweight too.

lost 1-2. Hard to gain anything meaningful from that really apart from none of our reserves/kids look up to it.

Did not see the game but going to throw this one out here!. Did TP put out a weaker side in the 2nd half to say to the board ' This is our back up i need more players'.

No.

It's so everyone gets the same amount of game time, all about fitness. Results and even performance probably doesn't even matter this early into pre season

Totally agree with you on this it was all about everyone getting game time. If the result was important we'd have kept the same 11 on for the second half.

Disappointing result (always is when we lose, no matter how meaningless the game) and I thought the defending for both goals was very poor indeed but it was a meaningless friendly.

I'm sure the board is well aware that we need some better quality in the first 11 and in the squad.

I don't know why but I was surprised to see McManaman back at the club and getting a game.

It was a nothing game and I suspect that Prague had their main team out for most of it......HRK took a hard challenge at the end; the subsequent exchange was interesting.

Have to say I couldn't believe when I saw McManaman too.

Their number 22 did seem to have a bit of a problem with HRK.
