Truly woeful second half. Seriously amateurish stuff, this team has going down to league 1 written all over it.

Without new owners I truly fear for this once great club.

Poor poor poor side.

The management have made a poor side under Bilic even worse. 100% guaranteed relegation not only to the championship but down to league 1.

We are now in early 1990's territory. This side will not even compete in the championship.

We can't even beat the teams who are going to be relegated with us !!!

Awful 2nd half but embarrassing from some posters who only came out the woodwork once we were losing.
Don't care if I get banned, it needs saying

Connor Townsend and Hal Robson-Kanu. In the ******* Premier League.

This club is getting everything it deserves. Woeful from top to bottom and I’m completely bored of it. We’ve taken one step forward and 2 steps back since we got rid of Pulis and Pardew.

We will never be a Premier League club with these owners, this recruitment team and this string of awful, outdated, dross managers from the scrap heap that we always fall back on.

He hasn’t  slated their opinion.

Only that they seem to go quiet when we win and turn up when we lose.

Back to the game though...shambles.

Thought we did well 1st half. Just seemed to give up 2nd half

No clean sheets under Allardyce so doesn't look like that appointment has worked.

More mismanagement from the club to not get signings in time to play the two most important games of our season.

Sam should do the decent thing and walk away. The club is rotten to the core

Not for me.

There’s no point hanging someone out to dry.

I didn't notice anyone 'coming out of the woodwork' once we were losing.

Turning to the game we took the lead against the run of play against a very poor opposition. The second half was then so shameful.

The tactics and set-up from Allardyce tonight was truly awful.  His team selection was also rubbish. Stop playing Livermore and Phillips, they are useless. Don't bring on HRK, he is useless! Given Button a run - just some common sense would have helped.

3 points off safety when Allardyce got the job, how many is it now, 11 points + ?

52 goals and how many has Allardyce with his genius defensive tactics and team selections shipped?  Barnsley in 1998 were the last team to concede 50+ top flight goals this quickly.

We played into Sheff Utd's hands tonight and Allardyce has killed any chance we had that his new signings could rescue our season.

Big Sams days are numbered, we get thrashed against both Spurs and Man Utd and he'll be done, and hopefully forever.

Oh dear! 29% possession against the bottom of the league! Asking for trouble for trying to defend a 1-0 given our defensive record. As for playing a 5 man defence at home to Fulham in a game we needed to win, I just don't know the answers, but one thing is sure, we're down now in my opinion.
Ps just one comment alluded to in the in game thread, I don't like this barcode kit either!

Lost all attacking threat as soon as we bought on Kanu and Grant . I’m still waiting for Grant to start cutting in from the left ! Apparently that’s what h’es good at 😂. Can’t wait for the other new signings to start . Think we need a miracle now .

I doubt he's done a decent thing in his football life so why would he start now.
He should be sacked. We were poor under Bilic but he's made us far worse in every aspect of the game. We are now down so we should start thinking about next season now.

First half we looked ok, but utd were taking ages to get it in our box.  Second half mcgoldrick dropped back slightly and they totally dominated our midfield and just ran through us.
We are terrible, there is no hiding it.  Far too negative football from us.

Remember that's the same Man Utd and Spurs that we played really well against under Bilic and we're desperately unlucky not to get 4 points out of thanks to VAR robbing us at Old Trafford and Sam Johnstone being his usual incompetent self when we needed him against Spurs. But was back in the day when this very limited team had a shape and pattern of play. Now it's just sit back and hoof it into the channel or smash it up front to the big man.

Can't keep up with the posts. Say what you want about Bilic/Allardyce the board, Dowling. This squad is not performing.

They're bottling it constantly.
Don't win 50/50s.
Don't win second balls.
Can't do simple things.
There's just too much to do.
2 easy goals again.

Listened to it on the radio. Sounded comfortable first half without creating much, scored the goal and then didn't kick on in the second half. Completely flat. Sheff Utd just seemed to want it more.

Poor from the midfield and attack. I thought Pereira had been subbed at half time as I don't think he was mentioned until the last 10 minutes when it was far too late.

The fact that the Blades wanted it so much more than us is what hurt me the most this evening. That made for pretty sad viewing.

There is 1 positive to come from tonight ... hopefully that’s the last we ever see Livermore in an Albion shirt, disgusting 2nd half from all especially Allardyce.
Ditto, Big Sam , hopefully the last we see of that clueless pillock

I'm lost for words. How have we let that team dominated the whole game.

Two scrappy goals conceded, Livermore cannot play again.

I can't get over the tactics. We always concede, we always look like conceding. What's the point in sitting back and trying to go for the 1-0.

Pathetic reaction after going 2-1 down as well

I stand by my comment a couple of weeks ago. Bilic got 90% out of this team and Allardyce is getting 70% - we need 150% to survive. That's the cold hard truth, we are done.
