|Change the record, Allardyce being rubbish doesn't make Bilic any better.

Of course it doesn’t make Bilic any better, however if you really believe Allardyce was the best appointment for our long term future then you really have lost the plot in my opinion.
It is not the taking part, but the winning that counts.

We’ve certainly got worse I’ll say that.

That’s the facts.

Board reaping what they sowed for being the most 50/50 board in our history and that's saying something.

Keeping a manager they didn't want then half backing him to ensure the squads unbalanced and last season's problems remain.

To be fair, statistically it literally does make Bilic better than Allardyce.

Allardyce a better option than keeping Bilic?
One point from sixteen?
Thirteen goals shipped and one claimed?

This is far worse than even Pardew. That absolutely beggars belief.

Lai is going to have to put us up for sale in Poundland at this rate.

Lai appointed Big Sam because he wants survival and to sell us for £150m rather than £90m to get most of his money back but that figure is going to look start decent in the summer when the few interested bidders knock another £20m off.

 :D

I had the same reaction with Matt Phillips. As in what is the point.

Hate to say it but I’m almost hoping Arsenal score more. I can’t explain it but I’m just not bothered anymore and want us to suffer as a team.

The amount of individual errors and not playing as a team is astounding.

The 'attacking' football here is horrendous, just the occasional hopeful cross into the box with only one or two players in there. Absolutely zero creativity.

Even if we sort out the defence we are going to struggle to win games.

If you reread the substance of my post you will note that it primarily consists of criticising the head shockingly bad boardroom decisions, which are irrespective of the manager in the dug out.
No it's not it's making out Bilic was some sort of miracle worker, which he wasn't. Yes the board are poor, yes, Allardyce is poor but this shower was assembled by your messiah. they are all poor,

Poor old ma-in-law (99) had a bathroom accident meaning I missed most of the second half with the old rubber gloves and bleach.  A lucky break for me, but at least I know how Sam must be feeling right now.

Although we have long struggled this season I am genuinely shocked at how bad we are now. Metaphors such as the wheels have come off don't really do it justice. These players are going to need counselling at the end of this season.

The one brightside to all of this is that we might be about to finally end Big Sam's domestic career in the same way we killed off Pardew.

I've never suggested that Bilic was a miracle worker, although that's what we needed. I have long held the view that this squad assembled on a championship budget is of a championship standard. Hence I didn't see the point in sacking the manager as the players were going to get relegated come what may.
