Depends how you want to look at it, we could have have been 4-1 down at half time. Any top 6 team would have had a field day in that 1st half, fine margins really.

Happy with the way we have played this season?

Better than it has been for the last 3/4 years

Very nervous about this one, I'd imagine they'll target our RB as the weak link in our back 4. The pessimist in me says 3-1 Villa....

Bitter pill to swallow that was, how the judge has given Wilder the first 4 rounds is beyond me. Wilder looked at beaten man just trying to save face in the post fight interviews, I think he knows deep down he was out boxed. That's the worst Fury he's going to fight so I wouldn't be surprised if he avoids the rematch like the plague !

Still haven't forgotten about those two defeats to Villa under Pulis...nightmare

I too am interested in what relevance his car has? If the guy can afford a nice car he’s going to buy one. It’s not like he just drove past fans, he happily posed for photos. He’s been training hard to get his fitness levels up by all accounts so what’s the issue, he’s ex dingle?

I'm pretty sure it was tongue in cheek, that's the way I interpreted it anyway

If you lads can't see how the changes got us back into the game you're watching the wrong sport (or should just enjoy it for what it is as opposed to giving us the benefit of your 'insight')

We went 3421/343 with 4 pure footballers in the 4 central positions Barry Brunt Barnes and Hoolahan. Livermore was shifted out of the way to right wingback and Rodriguez substituted and while it fell down with HRK up front he at least provided fresh legs.

The changes allowed us to play more incisive football as it didn't break down through lack of ability in possession (JRod and Livermore) or lack of movement (Livermore).

I'd like us to use this more away from home with Gayle up front obviously and Phillips back in the team.

Oh and 2 assists for Brunty. Boing Boing.

I’d agree with this, without the subs we lose the game. Fair play to Moore

He turns around to Dawson and shouts at him... Probably did give him the call from his reaction

Doubt it. That's probably the 'pro version'

It is yeah, noticed it for the first time during the world cup !

I think there is an agenda here. Look back at comments he or she makes and they are all negative.

Glad I'm not the only one to realise this lol.

And lest we forget, signing Dawson himself from Rotherham and loaning him back there

Rochdale wasn't it ?

It also includes a loan deal for fellow Benfica player Diogo Goncalves. Carvalho only played 8 times last season, so it's not as if they are buying a 1st team regular. He is an U21 though.

I wonder if with the success Wolves have had that a lot of Championship clubs will be looking to Portugal for players?

Interesting that the agent for both players is Mendes.

Liverpool fans given 16,626 tickets for the final. I bet triple that turn up. They never learn.

Would you expect anything less, I'd certainly travel without a ticket just for the atmosphere ?
