#WBA v @MijnVitesse: Foster; Dawson, McAuley, Olsson, Evans; Phillips, Fletcher (c), Yacob, Leko; Morrison; Rondon.
A midtable Dutch sides' reserve team and we've set up to play Barca at the Nou Camp. I'm happy to stay patient on transfer and takeover news but on the playing side it already looks like we've set our stalls for the season.
You have to regard this as not being far off what Pulis regards as being his stongest XI (notwithstanding sulking Saido), so it looks like Pulis is, predictably, continuing in last season's vein with regard to Chester, despite his impressive performances at Euro 2016. I'm sure Chester realises it's futile staying with us when Olsson is still being preferred to him.
Agree, but could be something to do with Chester being behind on pre season due to Wales
We're still going to be a functional deep lying team that plays without the ball, the hope for improvement comes in when we have the ball, Phillips instead of Gardner for example.
Pulis just made 8 subs 2 minutes into the second half...
Great strike from Rondon from around 25 yards after some good dribbling from Leko
