Just bringing this back. For anyone who’d given up on this, a really promising season ahead. The race overnight, loads of incidents. I would urge anyone, to give it another chance, as I have as it was and has been for several months now very watchable

Anyone of several drivers could realistically win the title, but I think lando may nick it this year

Really predictable from Mowbray. In his interview last week he talked up Swift after Oxford. I said to my friend, he’s starting next week

Thought we were poor and lacked sharpness. Maybe the long season is starting to tell, but we looked a bit tired. Defending a 1-0 leading always risky, but Oxford weren't good enough to exploit that.

Poor is a bit OTT mate. Frustrating at times but played some decent stuff in the first half

Highly rated Austrian and Swiss managers always get a job in Germany.

The fact is he's been out of work for nearly a year and none of them rated his success in Switzerland enough to merit an opportunity there.

Instead he finds himself looking for, and apparently accepting, second tier job offers from skint clubs in England.

He decided to take a break and went to various clubs learning.

He was offered 6 jobs in the last year (including Burnley) and turned them down.

But why let the truth get in the way.

Started way too slow and payed the price. At least we won’t have to listen to idiots saying give the job to brunt on wm. However that was nowhere near good enough tonight

I think that's a bit OTT

I did think when I posted it, maybe I was a bit carried away. Then however I did think about it, certainly one of his best British GP win, but actually I do stand by my comment. When you consider his car has been nowhere near good enough for nearly 3 years to win a race, the conditions of the race were changing, and that is a massive thing in GP racing with regards to tyres, he had to make the right call when to go onto the correct tyres. Also with leaving the team, they certainly would favour the other driver in the team at the moment although his car did pack up and the mental pressure he would of been under. If he had of dropped it in the last few laps, or Max had passed him, the media would of certainly said he is finished ect. So I do think it was one of his best, not as good as Brazil 2021 but one of

Any of you previous f1 posters out there. I did say it was getting a bit better, yesterday proved it. A great race and I know he gets knocked by loads, but Lewis Hamilton again proved why he’s one of the greatest racing drivers of all time. In a inferior car it was him who won that race yesterday wiith one of his greatest ever drives

Anyone of you previous posters gone bask to this? Improving slightly is how I’d put it. Max still dominating but at least now is having to work for it. It has tightened up at the front but and Canada recently was decent. After red bull three teams very very close, with McLaren probably the nearest to Redbull. To be fair the other red bull with Perez is nowhere so it goes show he’s a good driver. We still need rain at the moment for a decent race but slowly improving

Anyone of you posters in the past still watching this? Dreadful is how I’d sum up f1 at the moment. The same person and team  literally winning every single race. I know f1 has always had a dominant team but this feels worse than ever. Yet the broadcasters seem oblivious to the fact it’s boring
